Best Generic Adderall Brands (Page 33) (Top voted first)

Is the round pink 30 mg Adderall generic name Sandoz/Eon with the markings of CDR 136 on one side more or less effective than the oval orange 30 mg Adderall generic name Barr/Teva with the markings of b974 on one side and 30 on the other side? What is the most effective/potent Adderall that is generic and 30 mg?

I have tried just about all Adderall IR generics.

While TEVA can be “hit or miss” in my opinion,
it is more potent and efficacious than other generics.

One word of caution:

AVOID Mallinkrodt...at all costs!!

There is something profoundly wrong with their product.

You will find similar opinions all over the internet..

I am trying to find current info but can't believe the amount of people who have opposite reactions than me but then i'm wondering if very recent changes have made the results inconsistant. I basically can't handle anthing but 30MG teva IR. I used to have to take 3 a day for years (prob when all the complaints were coming in on them but i had no idea but like 2011-2014 but after that i was able to cut down to 2 pills a day after soooooooo many years which was like amazing. I finally found a good pharmacy and i communicated everything so i never ended up screwed without a day of medicine that would highly screw up my work and life without and then bam. My only covered pharm (during covid) gives me these apparently beloved "sandoz" crap, literal garbage. not worth the damage done to my insides taking those. Worked for a 30 min time frame then made me studder but coulond't even relax or focus, sat tapping staring into a wall...or passing out and super slow. FIRE HEAT TREMMORS in legs at night. Screwed my entire body chem up. I just refilled payed full price opted to get teva from a mom'n pop but hope to god they dont end up being a bad batch or whatever...I mean i tried to do my homework and called teva even about the unreported FDA info lol like i did but i am lost still if this bottle is gonna be s*** or not. Does it matter if the imprints are not all same side? Like one side is 30 and other is b 974 but sometimes upside down on opposite side and other times right side up. This could be nothing.

No; the “E404”’s are Sandoz pharmaceuticals’, labeled/repackaged Eon labs’ generic 30mg Adderall IR and the “b974”’s are Teva/Barr’s version of the same medication and same dosage; different pharmaceutical manufacturers.

TEVA Adderall ONLY!!!!! (Orange oval football shape)...The absolute best ingredient. I’ve taken Adderall for over 25 years. I consider myself an expert in knowing variations of different Adderall.......DO NOT let any physician or pharmacist tell you the lie that “all Adderall is the same”...because it is NOT! There is only one adderall made of good quality which is made in Israel by TEVA Pharmaceuticals. The rest of the junk like Alvogen, Lannett, Sun Pharmaceuticals are all made with low grade generic fillers from China and a India. Refuse this junk fillers. Demand your rights!!!

You have the legal right to refuse junk from Asia and demand TEVA and if your pharmacy is out it’s because it’s the best! Take your script to a pharmacy or call around to your local pharmacies to find out who sells TEVA. Until recently Walmart had the TEVA contract but they lost it trying to save a penny. However, Walgreens now has it and maybe some other local pharmacies. It’s worth waiting for TEVA as there are no comparisons between TEVA and the low quality of these other off brands and many thousands of patients have written these companies complaining. Write the FDA a complaint was well because the junk from China does not work.. Need more proof?? Refer to the thousands upon thousands of complaints on Reddit about how TEVA is the only Adderall that works. It will blow your mind. My advice is do not accept the crap from China and India. If it does come from Europe/Israel leave it with the pharmacist and find you a new pharmacist.

Alvogen and other generics make me sick because it taste like what I assume rat poison would taste like, accept TEVA Only. It’s in big demand for one reason because it works! No, I do not work for TEVA and have no connection with the company. This is my tried and true opinion over a 25 year period... I’m just sick and tired of these lying physicians and pharmacist telling me “they are all the same”. Hell no they not! If they were then we would only need one name brand, right? Demand TEVA Adderall as it makes all the difference trust me. It’s worth your time to locate a pharmacist in your area that offers this quality drug. Google the TEVA difference and read the complaints for yourself.

Teva are known for being hit or miss. Lately, Teva has the worst Adderall of all the generics. A 30mg feels like 5mg. This is as of March 2022.

The only one I'm finding to be even somewhat effective right now is Teva. I'm taking the 30mg generic IR form. Zydus and Sandoz have zero noticeable affect for me.

King of Adderall here, been prescribed 2x 30mgs a day for over 5 years now (pretty bad I know) I’m very knowledgeable when it comes to the drug and all the potential side effects, even if they arent listed in the main ones like dry mouth, weigtht loss, etc.

For me TEVA has always been my go to. I’ve been on both XRs and Instants but, I havent had Xrs in years. I find teva is the best one that works for me and has the best quality control. I don’t think there is a “best” generic because It 99% comes down to your body and each person is different. I’ve had Santoz and the one that starts with a “A” and both gave me more irritable side effects and it seemed like each addy had a different amount of mg in it. Those white one’s that turn to powder also were horrible for me too lol. You need to really document your day to day for the whole week also. Eating and Sleep play a bigger role more than anything sometimes.

First of all, I’m glad that people who couldn’t access treatment have been able to access treatment.
You are skateboarding a whole bunch of people who are the same position as we are not cool.

People need to understand we are in the fifth year of a mass disabling event. Last winter or the winter before Teva came right out and said that they can’t get medication packed in boxes and shipped to pharmacies because everyone keeps getting sick and they can’t come to work. Covid causes disability, there’s a whole bunch of people who will never go back to work because of Covid.

In addition to that, like you said there have been people who were able to get treatment who couldn’t before and our awful president decided not to give any extra active ingredients to the manufacturers even though we had a shortage the year before. And from what I understand they didn’t do any better for 2024 so we’re going to be screwed this year too.

The government has always been released stingy with the active ingredient I’ve been experiencing shortages since 2011, that was the first one I got hit with since starting this medication in 2003.

But I think it’s important that we understand that one of the symptoms of long Covid and post viral damage is fatigue and brain fog and there’s a whole bunch of people who don’t even have ADHD who are taking this medication just to try to keep going to work because they’ve had Covid too many times.

Wear a mask even if you’ve been vaccinated because those shots don’t stop the infection and with every infection you run the risk of permanent disability. You don’t want MECFS, trust me you don’t want it

Just got done with my Rhodes script. Going to report them. Not my style but that should be illegal. ADHD my whole life. Tried every manufacturer. A lot of them suck but Rhodes (Chinese manufacturer) is something else and ALL the pharmacies know but play stupid. Mine now knows no Rhodes anything for me. Taking 20 mg XR twice daily. Just got Global again (had it in the past) and at least it is what it says on the bottle. Still sucks but I can read on it not Rhodes. My mind would stray after two sentences plus a stomach ache.

In my opinion the orange football shaped adderall pills are by far the most effective. The pink circle pills to me are an absolute sugar pill as I call it. It's a placebo to me. But that's the one by corapharm. Sandoz I rank in the middle. Not great but not worthless. I usually have to take am extra of Sandoz, where the pink ones do not work once bit. However, I am extremely sensitive to generics. I have a friend who prefers the pink ones. He takes way less than me. I take 60 MG a day. I will take my script to multiple pharmacies and ask which makes their generic. If you have a cool dr like I did in 2009 when I began adderrall I was able to call him and tell him the new pink ones just don't work. He wrote me a new script no questions asked. said keep them in case I needed a backup. Then my other dr made me fill out a police report when I lost my script before I got it filled. The biggest complaints with teva is jitters, or racing heart. That doesn't bother me as it doesn't last long. And it's much better than the one's I believe come from India or China it is a placebo. I said I was sensitive. Generics have same main ingredients but all the binding ingredients can be whatever they want. It's not just generic adderall I notice differences in but ambien and Ultram too. That's my personal opinion. Hope it helps!

I take adderallI 30 mg. My question is is there any other medication that will give me more energy threw out the day... I have try adderall 20g lil orange round pills but was not strong enough for my High tolerance to medication.. IS THERE ANY WAY OR ANY ONE WHO CAN HELP ME OUT WITH THIS PROBLEM????



I took like 4 to 5 adderall some dates to have the energy and focus on clean house with 2 kids! SO PLEASE HELP ME OUT!

I have been on adderall for 20 years. Long story but i'm not going there. I've tried every generic out there. I don't believe that theres any less mg of adderall in different generics then others. I do however believe that with some generics, the filler may act differently to you with absorption, adding tums wont do a whole lot because it's a different process of making the adderall. 90% of the time you wont notice a difference. However, i have noticed for a while the pink cor suck. I hate them. When i get them ill get through the month, but not like when they had the oval oranges 30mg ir. Now, what i always try to get is the actavis 30mg orange moon/28. Hands down for me, they are the best in every aspect. orange=good Love em.
