Bensedin 10mg Diazepam (Page 48)
UpdatedHi,
Has anyone seen/taken or have any information on Bensedin (Galenika) Diazepam 10mg? The box/strip looks ok but the actual tablet is white circular/domed with no markings at all....
I presume that they are Eastern European.
Any information at all would be most appreciated.
Peace
Re: Johnexpat (# 940)
Hi john. Thanks for your reply.
Im 58 and also have Arthritis and OA in my knees and feet ,and i was on 3 x 30mg dehydracodeine while also taking between 10mg + 20mg diazepam per day and i had no problems atall with taking them together. Before i was put on dehydracodeine i was on 150mg Tramadol which is a stronger opiate than dehydracodeine and again, never had any problems with taking diazepam daily . I dont no what other meds your on john. But in my own personal experience i have had no interactions or problems with taking both medications. It may make you feel a little drowsy for maybe a week tops , but it levels out. I also have a car and im compus mentus driving. No problems. I cant really advise you but only share my own experience , but by what youve shared, i cant see no problems atall with taking opiate medication and benzodiazapine medication. Hope this helps.
I would like to try tramadol as I suffer with osteoarthritis badly. Or can you suggest anything else? Thank you.
Re: Matty (# 939)
Matty, thanks for the advice... Is Etizolam not OK?.. Some places actually sell it but I've never purchased it...
Re: Matty (# 941)
Thanks Matty mate we are so much the same I have all same problems apart from having both knees replaced about 15 years ago which have now started to fail, I’m a few years older than you so getting another TKR is doubtful with the way UK is right now. I’m only on 30mg Codiene 4 times a day with 1 or 2 ibuprofen in between. My Dr wanted to put me on antidepressants but as they took so long to kick in so many possible side effects I rufused ,then he refused to give me diazepam due to addiction possibilities. I’ve never abused any drug in my life. I may look for another doctor. It’s going out that’s the problem right now mate if you know what I mean. Thanks so much for talking to me mate, it helps knowing someone else out the is going through it too. Take care have a good weekend
Re: Johnexpat (# 944)
You are very welcome john. We have got a lot in common haven't we!! Im going to need a r.knee replacement sometime in the next couple of years, its my foot l.foot that is the worst and im due steroid injections (cortizone) in feb in the new year and il need to see orthapedics soon after. my physio has told me so i think they will fuse all my bones together to stop the Arthritis!! But your doctor sounds rubbish to be honest. If you havnt got previous addiction problems then i cant see a problem with diazepam as your probably be on them for the rest of your life!! I think its because UK doctors dont like prescribing benzos anymore and they have been phasing them out and giving people pregablin which are also good for pain and neeve damage but they make a person quite drowsy. Try another doctor or tell them about the agoraphobia it sounds like you have. Its a shame you cant give pointers or info of where you can get diazepam on here.
I wish you all the best with getting diazepam/ lorazepam john as that will stop the anxiety.
Re: Barbara (# 942)
Hi Barbara. Are you on pain meds or any benzos? Diazepam will relax the muscles but wont do much for pain, or I don't notice it myself anyway. I could hook you up with someone who does prescribe diaz but its not aloud on this platform which is a shame.
Re: Matty (# 945)
Thanks Matty. Good luck.
Re: Matty (# 946)
Hi Matty,
From my understanding, you’re allowed to share verifiable doctor information on here, including the doctor's name, number and location of practice. Just not your own personal contact info (which is what gets removed by moderators).
Hope this insight helps!
Re: Barbara (# 942)
Tramadol is very good for OA barbara. I was on 150mg per day. I sat down with my doctor and worked out a pain managememt plan with him.
Or Naproxen is one of the best painkillers for OA and Arthritis, but i had to stop taking them as i have panvreatitis and my stomach couldnt tolerate them. They are in the same family as ibrprofen but alot stronger.
Re: Matty (# 949)
Guys is etizolam dangerous? I've had it a few times it seemed OK just to help me as sleep but reading here it sounds quite dangerous?. Any help appreciated.
Re: Michelle (# 950)
I would of thought youd be fine if you just use it to sleep.
Its habit forming as they are so relaxing and thats the danger in my opinion. Addiction to them for a while can cause very nasty withdrawels when tapering/ detoxing.
Re: Matty (# 951)
Thanks Matty for Yr info yes just at night too sleep I take a couple but not every night....??
Re: Michelle (# 952)
Hi. If your not taking them every night i believe you should be fine.
But what i will say is keep an eye on how many days a week you do do them. As if you take them on certain nights of the week for example, your body will get used to them and you will find yourself craving them after a few weeks. I hope this helps.
Re: Matty (# 945)
Hi Matty, Just to say that i took 5mg Valium ths morning 3 hours after taking my first 6mg Codiene and actual went out albeit not far about 5 mile drive and felt what I would call normal, I felt very tired the for hour or so which I expected although must say made me a little anxious but all went well. I have a few Valium left and will only take them as and when required and will see my Dr in the new year and advise (tell him) what I want going forward. I just wanted to say thanks for giving me your advise. I cant tell you how many times Ive attemped to take just 5mg but frightened myself into not taking it. (all part of my Anxiety I guess) thanks again. Have a good Christmas
Re: johnexpat (# 954)
Hi. Im so glad that the 5mg diaz has helped with your anxiety and you went out for a bit.
I can relate to the agoraphobia and its debilitating for me some days but ive been pretty stable for a while now , which im real grateful for.
Good luck moving forward and again. Im proper chuffed that is working for you.
Many thanks for the lovely message john. God bless.
