Hi Ann,

Based on my research there is no generic or alternative for Benicar HCT(Olmesartan Medoxomil Hydrochlorothiazide). There is however, a generic for just plain Benicar. It is called Olmecip and like Benicar and Benicar HTC, it contains the ingredients Olmesartan Medoxomil.
