Please inform me if it is safe to take Benfomet Plus during menstruation?

Yes, the U.S. FDA just classifies this a nutritional supplement that contains a form of vitamin B12, though they do warn that it can cause nausea, in some people that take it, due to its potency.

It will not cause any problems, if taken during menstruation, unless your doctor tells you not to take it.
