I tried Herbal Magic.if it is Benatol that they use IT Works only if you stick to the diet I lost 30lbs in six months IT WAS EXPENSIVE over a thousand dollars I kept it off with out the pills, for three years, I became ill and couldn't excersise enough, and have put back 20lbs What is the cost of Benatol?

i tried benetol for 14 days it didn't work at all
i never lost an ounce in fact i have gained 6lbs since it tried it
so don't waste your money

Agreed with Roy. Balance diet and daily activities (workout or cardio) is the best solution. But don't stay too long with 1,200 cal per day it's not safe. You have to trick your body. Try switching between 10X or 12X of your current body weight, then constantly adjust it. This one really works, I used to be 200lbs with hearth issues and I am now lean with 10% body fat at 140lbs. without any health problems. Another thing eat lean for 6 days then choose a cheat day for yourself where you can eat whatever you want. Only for 1 day per week, this wont affect you.

It does not work. It costs a fortune. Don't fall for this. I have now returned to weight watchers because it's the only thing that worked for me in the past. It takes a long time but at least I can eat normally.

I hear the ad for Benetol on Virgin Radio in Montreal several times every day. If someone has tried and got results let me know. I lost 50 lbs 3 years ago with Herbal Magic at Pierrefonds and was planning to go back for another 10-15 lbs. I did not gain what I lost but would like to try to lose a little bit more. I am curious to see the ingredients of Benetol. Herbal Magic Pierrefonds has great team and all their supplements are natural. I guess I should go back to what I know and is natural and safe.

(Phaseolamin (extract of the Northern White Kidney Bean Phaseolus vulgaris)-helps block the conversion of dietary starch into glucose and thus prevents complex carbs from being digested. Wheat amylase inhibitor-Act in the same manner as Phaseolamin It helps your body to use stored fat as energy through the Banital Energy Blend.) According to Dr.oz the white kidney bean does work for what it says about however, I already take a green tea supplement and well find it really doesnt do much but give me a bit of energy through out my day.
The other ingredients such as :
Gymnema sylvestre leaf-helps block taste for sweets, and helps normalize blood glucose
Fenugreek seed->helps normalize blood sugar to control cravings and hunger, reduces body fat production
Aloe vera leaf-helps normalize blood sugar
Bitter melon fruit-helps normalize blood sugar
Citrus aurantium extract (6% synephrine, immature fruit)-boosts metabolism, thermogenic
Lycium berry-also known as Gojii berry, overall tonic and digestive aid

seen above well you can buy seperately and well in my personal opinion isnt going to do to much but maybe help with regular bowel movements, and well like the gojii berry is just an anti-oxdient etc

As for the banital blocker blend that have Glucomannan in will that is just simply konjc root fiber also seen on Dr.oz before that gives you a great supplement for fiber and yes he recommends its but you can also buy that seperately.

However on someone people it may not work like me. I took the Konjac root fiber before and well it bloated me more, i had barely any bowel movements and well i stopped taking it found I felt alot better.

Personally in my opionion I would not waster your money because its nothing new or nothing different from other pills.

It just take a healthy diet and alot of exercise. believe me I use to be 220 pounds and well now I am 120 and beleive me I did it with out any diet, however i did try alot of diet pills. But what I found out is that a diet pill just tricks your body temporarely its not a for sure factor.
what I take on a daily basis are as follows:
Garlic pills--- for your lungs and respiratory system
Vitamin D---- brigthens your day and in gerneral is just really one of the best supplements you can take for your health not necessarily to loose weight
Acai with Vitamin C--- I just take this because it helps your skin gives you energy and its a nice way to get your anti oxidents.
Raspberry extract pills- another antioxident and helps digest fat easier
Mulberry---- Help maintain proper blood sugar levels and since diabetes runs in my family I was told it would be a great idea to take to help stablize sugar levels.
Sea buck thorn oil- also seen on Dr.Oz show, this helps maintain a general healthiness of your body i did not find it gave me weightloss but it did make me more awake and energectic and if you look it up on dr.oz you will also see why i take it.
Omega 3-6-9----- I take 6 pills a day each at meals so helps digest good fats and get rid of bad fats and Im sure you know other reasons to take it
CLA- I take as well three times a day for the same reason above.

I also work out for 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours at night. Its not easy but look at it this way for every 3800calories you burn its .51 pounds of fat so what I try and do is burn 7000 calories a week to burn aprox 1.5 pounds of fat....
but beleive me the mid section is the hardest and you just gotta keep pushing.
try a detox sometimes they can work as well for your last 5 to 10 pounds...
make sure your getting enough protien in your diet.
I can go on and on because I have been there and done that so if you have questions from my experience feel free to ask me :)

but I would waste my money on this personally...

The only way to loose weight is to use up more calories than you eat. Those calories should be made up of mostly green vegetables, lean proteins, whole grains, fats such as olive oil, sunflower oil, small amounts of butter, nuts and seeds, avocados. Healthy portions are equal to veggies the amount that you could fit in your hands cupped together: protein the thickness and size of a deck of cards, a teaspoon of fat, use broth, or steam your food with herbs and lemon, also if you want salt use sea salt instead of table salt and stop using Canola Oil. Long and slow or short and fast just Walk at least 30mins a day. Stop driving everywhere.

You work out 4 hours a day, 28 hours a week to burn 7000 calories that means 250 cal per hour, you can easily burn 300 cal in 30 min on a typical stationary bike. But I still can't get past the 4 hours a day?
Stick to facts, helps everyone see through all the bulls*** out there.
As for diet pills, "ban...it...all"
Just exercise and eat well, thats the "magic" ingrediant.

2 hours in the morning meaning 45 mins on the elipitcal and which burns about 560cal dpending on how fast you go 45 mins on the treadmill which u burn about 400 or so cal and then 30mins between rest and abs....the other 2hours are my weight training workout that takes that long when you are doing 6 sets of 9 different exercises with breaks so you can do the math and I always make sure to get in the cardio not so much the weight training... but yes everything is a learning experience and i stay away from diet pills because the are horrible..... and temporary..... so yah do the math lol

Good job Ashley,
It's obvious you know what's working for you, the guys don't seem to understand that you have the time to work out and you're in no rush and you're building a healthy body and endurance, the important thing is to move.
For most guys it's the opposite, they pick up the heaviest weight they can lift for 30 seconds or so and they had their workout, we just don't really feel like putting much time into it after work and traffic jams.

That's why products like Benetol are making a killing, most have no time, no desire and no strength at the end of the day but sit in front of the tv to watch their favorite sexy stars and munch on their usual unhealthy treats...
