Recently my mentally ill mother told off her case worker and in retaliation my mother was told in order to get her meds NOW she will have to go to a partial care program or she won't get her psy meds no more, which she never had to do in the last four years, it feels like blackmail and extortion in a way what can I do my mom is really mentally ill and last time she was off her meds she heard voices and pulled a rack with a TV on herself and had to go to the hospital

Coastal wellness in Neptune NJ is saying she's out of refills and needs to go to a program to get more. They told her off like saying that she feels the other case worker is annoying and comes around too much and the meds are as followed: Ferrous Sulf 325mg, Amlodipine 5mg, Pantoprazole 40mg, Olanzapine 5mg, vitamin b12 100mcg, and Atorvastatin 40mg
Mason is correct, as long as someone is not in life threatening danger, no doctor is obligated to treat anyone, or prescribe any medication(s). Just as no patient is obligate to continue seeing any specific doctor, unless they are under court order.
If she really went off on her case worker, they may want her to go to a partial care program due to anger issues, or other possible medication side effects, since many antidepressants, and other psych medications can cause such problems, according to FDA warnings. They may feel that she needs more intense evaluation to find the right combination to help her, without causing such horrible side effects.
What medications is she taking and why did she tell off her case worker?
Who is forcing her to do this to get her meds? The insurance company, the Doctor, the State? You said she went off on her case worker?
What exactly is she taking, if you don't mind me asking?
It's not blackmail or extortion per se because no doctor anywhere is obligated to accept or continue seeing patients, let alone write them meds.
