Been Taking Suboxone For 2 Weeks, And Smashed My Toe!

I'm in A LOT of pain. I smashed my toe this morning...the subs, which I've been on for 2 weeks to get of 35 mgs of Methadone, are not helping to relieve the pain. I only have 2 15 mg Oxy's and 2 norcos...I just want some relief from the toe pain, and then go back on the subs ASAP. I would ask my Dr, but it's Sunday. Thanks.

The Suboxone will block the effect of the Oxycodone and Norco, so there is no point in taking them.

The FDA classifies this medication as an opiate that is most commonly used to treat drug addiction, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Have you tried ice on your toe?

You may need to go to the ER to have it x-rayed.
