am shams and my age 24 actually i am useing it but if i am useing continue 4,5 tablet i have some etching in my arm and other place of our body i want know can i use continue and if any side effect will be then inform me plz

ANY KNOWN SIDE EFFECTS FOR (Alpha D3)VITAMIN D3 (Alfacalcidol). EITHER FOR MUSCLE CRAMPS OR irregular cardiac rhythm OR 'SHORTNESS OPF BREATH'

I am Type 2 diabetis from last 5 years: taking tabs daily 1 morning: Ziglin M1 / Glucor 50 / becadexamin and Evening after dinner: 1 no daily: Diabeta SR 1 gm / Zivast 10 /Ecospirin 75 / cardace 2.5 /met-neurobion/cartidin GM. I am still getting weakness after 2 hrs of breakfast and also weakness in legs/toes. Do any of above tabs have side effects?

I am type 2 diabetic and on medinic, with no other health problem, but can i take Becadexamin in the morning or at night? Please help me here. With thanks.

Rajesh, I am not certain how much Vitamin C Becadexamin contains and at amounts over 500mgs a day, it can have an affect on your INR, so I'd suggest checking with your doctor or pharmacist, before starting this.

The Vitamin E can also have an effect in amounts greater than 400IUs daily.

Your doctor will be better able to give you an idea of what is safe for you to take and they may want to do some extra monitoring of your INR levels, when you first start a multivitamin.

I am from India, 44 years of age & on Warfarin now for the past 28 years, since I had a Mitral Valve replacement.

I am looking for a Multivitamin which would have no effect on my INR. Can I take "Becadexamin Multivitamin" produced in India? If not, could you recommend one?

Becadexamin contains: Vitamin A, Vitamin D3, Vitamin E, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Nicotinamide, D-Panthenol, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Folic Acid, Vitamin B12, Dibasic Calcium Phosphate, Copper Sulphate, Manganese Sulphate Monohydrate, Zinc Sulphate Monohydrate, Potassium Iodide and Light Magnesium Oxide.

All of these are vital nutrients to the human body, if you don't get the proper amounts of them each day, it can lead to some severe health problems, such as scurvy, high blood pressure, irregular cardiac rhythm, anemia and it can also aggravate other health problems that you may already have.
