Does Bebecal have a negative effect on brain or growth development?

I have a baby boy who is 5 months old and I gave him Bebecal 5 mL whenever he's crying a lot (every 2 or 3 days). Does Bebecal have a negative effect?
Is it good to give a baby Bebecal?
