DId you mean the capsule with the marking BARR 323 25?

If so it contains 25mgs of Hydroxyzine, which is an antihistamine and it has the same usage and possibly side effects in both males and females.

It is an antihistamine that's used to treat allergic reactions and anxiety and the side effects may include nausea, drowsiness and sedation.
