blue round tablet with imprint bmp202 need ID of tablet

My dog took off and when he came bk he had I toe nail in front paw and today I noticed the back toenails are ripped away but still there can I give my 50 lbs hound dog this med for pain

Yes my dog got lose and along his outing when he came home his toe nail was ripped out not bleeding then I guess I was so over wheled with the front paw looking like it hurt him but today I noticed his both back paws are damaged pulled away I am upset and baffled by his injuries there not bleeding maybe weepy but not gushing blood my friend had some old canine meds I can't get to the vet until tomorrow emergency to expensive the won't work with me there so I have some bmp 202 could I administer that to him will it give him some relief until morning
