Is the bmp 196 green pill good for treating ear infections in dogs? My dog has a lot of wax built up and I clean it with q-tips, and also cleaned his ears with Apple Cider vinegar. He keeps shaking his head though.

Sorry to hear about your dog's earache. If it's a bacterial infection then this should help, as that's what this drug is for. Did the veterinarian prescribe it? If so, I would give it to your dog as directed.
