is there any side effects by b long f tablet? after 13 days i again have something like periods but not exactly it's periods. i m worried.....

What exactly where you expecting them to do?

This is just a nutritional supplement that contains a complex of B vitamins with vitamin C, they won't treat or cure any disease, nor will they change your menstrual cycle.

If you can be more specific of what the exact problem is, I may be able to help you further. :-)

Hi..I have been prescribed BLongF along with ChromiNAC-A capsules. What are they for? I went to a gynecologist for irregular periods. She said I was a bit over weight, and need to reduce weight. and prescribed these meds also. Previously i need to either get a period or not get it. But these days I am seeing a continuous discharge, or flecs of red in urine. I am worried abt these tablets
