UpdatedIf I can't take any aspirin or anti-inflammatory drugs 5 days before a procedure, can I still take hydrocodone/acetaminophen 10-325?

You should be able to take it, unless you have been told not to do so, since it does not contain Aspirin, or any other anti-inflammatory.
The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, constipation, and headache.
Are you on any other medications?
I had my second de dimer blood test last week ,it was 5.3 my GP said that 5 or under would have been a better result, I have to go for another de dimer in two weeks, I am currently on Cartia 100mg since three weeks the de dimer at that time was 3. I still say do not to come off Xarelto straight away on to Aspirin. With Dizziness And breathless Being side effects, everyone is different I know.
I have also read that taking The aspirin and Avapro BP medication isn’t the right thing to do, the light headness is annoying every day and I’m putting it down to those two medication taken at different time in the day. Does anyone know about these too medication clashing? The pharmacist said if the aspirin is more than a 100mg it is not advisable. I was wearing a BP monitor for 24 hrs yesterday as it has been high ,I still say that its because I’m under stress of being on Xarelto for Six months for PE and now suffering from Dizziness.
