Looking for availability in u.s. of eskaflam and the side effects because it seems to be very effective in relieving my pain.

Eskaflam contains the active ingredient Nimesulide.

Like most drugs in the NSAID category, Nimesulide is known to be hepatotoxic (damaging to the liver) in rare but unpredictable cases and should be taken with care. The patient information leaflet informs that the use of Nimesulide in children under the age of 12 is contraindicated.

Eskaflam is listed as containing the active ingredient Nimesulide, it is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that is used to treat pain, fever and swelling.

Side effects may include: nausea, headache, dizziness and stomach irritation.
