How does Aurobindo Zolpidem differ from the Torrent Zolpidem?

I agree. Aurobindo sucks. It often doesn't cause me to sleep and when I do sleep, even if the Aurobindo wasn't responsible for me falling asleep, it causes me to have the weirdest dreams. I hate the product. TEVA Zolpidem works MUCH better, but all the Walgreens and CVS stores only stock Aurobindo. I got lucky and found a local drug store that can get me TEVA

It is my personal opinion that Torrent works much better, I've been taking zolpidem for many many years so I consider myself an expert of sorts. When they give me the Aurobindo brand sometimes it doesn't work at all.

YES! Made my insomnia so much worse.

I think Aurobindo makes bad medication. I have my doctor write “do not dispense Aurobindo” on my scripts. Their adderall is absolutely fake, and their zofran gave me temporary TD after one dose.

I actually feel that Aurobindo works faster and better. I take 5mg. Very potent. Surprisingly so. After effects are bad however as with the other brands. Feeling jittery, weaker, masked tiredness, etc. Overall it's a good sleep med for me.

I've been taking Zolpidem on and off for 20 years, and, in my experience, Aurobindo Zolpidem is not good (5 milligrams of Teva seems to work better than 10 milligrams of Aurobindo, I kid you not) but typical Torrent is worse - it doesn't even work until your body adapts to it. As mentioned, Teva works well as does, say, North Star - but in this time of drug shortages it's difficult to get what you want.

They are just manufactured by different companies.

Some people notice a difference, like John said, but most people don't.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of Zolpidem as possibly including nausea, dizziness, severe sedation, hallucinations, lucid dreaming, and sleep actions.

Can anyone else chime in with their experiences?
