Atorlip F

Prescribed to me for Cholestrol and was effective too.

What alternative (vegetable/fruits) can I use (I am pure vegetarian) so that I do not have to take it and
I can effectively control Triglyseride and LDL mainly.

I have been prescribed Atorlip-F and Pantocid DSR for Cholestrol control. I wonder if there are any other ways that I can control Cholestrol without taking these kind of tablets / medicines?

I suffer from light Gout once a year, but it is so painful. What medicines is best for Gout?
