Hello,

Based on my research, Atorsave D 10 is a brand name medication from India which contains the active ingredient Atorvastatin.

The primary uses of Atorvastatin are for the treatment of dyslipidemia and the prevention of cardiovascular disease. It is recommended to be used only after other measures such as diet, exercise, and weight reduction have not improved cholesterol levels.

I'm not sure if any of the following formulations match the formulation of Atorsave D 10, you would have to ask your doctor or pharmacist. However, other brand names of Atorvastatin (originating from India) are noted below:

A1A
AB-VAS
ALNAVAS
ALIP
ALIP-AM
ALVASTATIN
ALTOVAS
ABITOR
AMAT
AOVA

Administration:

Can be taken with or without food. Do not consume large amounts of grapefruit juice while taking this medication.

Side effects:

Headache, nausea, vomiting, flatulence, diarrhoea, angioedema, anorexia, xerostomia,, rash/pruritus, myalgia, alopecia, allergy, infection, chest pain.

Potentially fatal reactions can include: Thrombocytopenia and Rhabdomyolysis with acute renal failure.

I hope this information helps!
