The pill is a little larger than a birth control pill but smaller than a baby aspirin. I've ruled out it being an Rx because of the lack of markings. I can't seem to find it anywhere. Can any of you find out what it is? I'll attach a picture if someone can tell me how. ## Over the counter products can be difficult to narrow down, since there's no database on them. I haven't found anything, so far, but I will keep looking and post back when I have more information. Does anyone else recognize this? Is there any scent or odor to it, at all? ## No, no scent or odor. :( ## it is CVS brand of 81 mg aspirin enteric coated

I also can't list all possible pain pills and their markings, because between prescription and over the country products, there are just far too many to enable me to do that. It is the marking on a pill that enables its identification, except in the case of some foreign drugs and over the counter products. white pill ## This pill is a 325 mg aspirin tablet. It is CVS Pharmacy brand, is uncoated, and is caffeine and sodium free. The only other ingredient in them is starch, which holds the pill together, as aspirin is very powdery. It's a value product, but while cheap, it is also effective. I bought a bottle of 1000 of these pills for 10 dollars. When I get a headache I take four of them, two 500 mg acetaminophen pills, and a 200 mg caffeine pill (caffeine speeds up the effectiveness of these drugs). If you've only got one of these, take it for a headache. If you've got ten bucks, go get another thousand. ## round white pill with large numbers 249 ## @derf yeltneb, Based on my research, the pill you have could possibly be the 325 mg Acetaminophen mentioned above, or Escitalopra...

I am a school nurse and one of these pills GC 101was found in hallway, after not being able to identify pill via web, called local pharmacy and it pulled up as non aspirin pain reliever 325 mg so in other words generic regular strength Tylenol. ## Thank you for taking the time to share this information! I also find it rather difficult to identify most of the OTC medications, since their pill imprints aren't usually listed online. A few pill identifiers out there actually specialize in identifying OTC meds, but they require some sort of ridiculous monthly subscription that most of the general public probably isn't willing to pay for. For those who may be looking for additional details on Aspirin, you can learn more about this drug on the page for Aspirin Details I hope this helps!
