White Pill Gc 101
UpdatedI am a school nurse and one of these pills GC 101was found in hallway, after not being able to identify pill via web, called local pharmacy and it pulled up as non aspirin pain reliever 325 mg so in other words generic regular strength Tylenol.

Thank you for taking the time to share this information! I also find it rather difficult to identify most of the OTC medications, since their pill imprints aren't usually listed online. A few pill identifiers out there actually specialize in identifying OTC meds, but they require some sort of ridiculous monthly subscription that most of the general public probably isn't willing to pay for.
