Aspavor Can You Stop Taking It

I was diagnosed with high Cholesterol and put on Aspavor. I believe that it is causing side effects such as high uric acid, fatigue and joint pains. I decided to stop taking the medication and try nutrition and healthy food in stead however I was told this could be dangerous and stopping Aspavor may cause heart attack. Is this true and how can I safely stop the medication.

Aspavor contains the active ingredient Atorvastatin and stopping it abruptly might cause some rebound effects, such as your cholesterol going back up suddenly to very high levels, which is what may cause a heart attack.

I am currently on Bilocor 5 ,Amloc 5, Aspavor 20, Dapamax 2.5, Warfrarin 5 daily, and 2ml depo testosterone every 6 weeks. Alcohol on average 2 beers a day or 2 glasses of red wine. I try to stick to a middle line approach to dietary needs. Trying to maintain a balance between the cholesterol and blood thinners. Recently stopped alcohol intake for 4 months. Weight gain has been 4-5 kg. Fat rolls everywhere. Any help from someone please?

I use Aspavor 40mg for high cholesterol but it causes headaches. Is another product available that will not cause this side effect?
