Asomex At Side Effects?

I have been using Asomex AT for last 3 years. Recently I am experiencing a pricking pain on the upper side of left brest, very often at resting/sitting condition. whil;e walking no pain is felt. what could be the possible cause? Is it alos a side effect of the drug?

I have been using Asomex AT for last 3 years. This is composed of Amlodipine and Atenolo. For last 15 to 20 days I am experiencing pricking/some times burning pain on the upper side of left brest, very often at resting/sitting condition. while walking no pain is felt. what could be the possible cause? Is it a side effect of the drug or some thing else?.
