I am in Houston, TX. Where can I buy Flanax for my mother who has arthritis? ## Please note that Flanax isn't available at local US-based pharmacies. However, it is readily available OTC on Amazon who does ship products all across America, so I would encourage you to check there first. The active ingredient in Flanax is Naproxen, so alternatively you could also look for another product that contains that as the active ingredient, such as Aleve, or the equivalent store brands and generics. It is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and it may cause side effects, such as nausea, headache, dizziness and stomach irritation. Is there anything else I can help with? {affiliate link added}

I need to know the name of this pill (white football shape 257 on one side and blank on other ## white football shaped pill 1/2 inch long only markings is 257 on one side ## Unfortunately, I was unable to locate an exact match to this description. The closest match found fits your description on everything except that there is the marking "I G" on the other side of the pill. This is identified as Nabumetone (500 mg). It is used to treat pain or inflammation caused by arthritis. Does this sound like a possible match to your pill? My grandmother used the "orginal" Bengay when I was a kid, for head colds, chest colds and it ALWAYS worked.. Where can I find the ORGINAL BENGAT? ## I really have no answer for you, I wasn't even aware that the formula had changed over the years. Can You Buy Arthri-d in Canada ## Unfortunately, I really don't know. From what I understand, it is advertised there, so I assume you can order it, however, you would need to call them to find out for sure. Does anyone else have information on this?

I saw a commercial for Arthritis relief and I thought they said the drug was Enboral? ## Was it possibly Enbrel? There have been a lot of commercials out for it. Why is the availability of leflunomide nonexistant? No pharmacy in my area (southern Nevada) has been able to supply it to me since February 2011. ## What happened to leflunomide? It is not available anywhere. ## When I contacted the manufacturer of both Arava and Leflunomide I was told that the patent on Arava had expired. If some other company picks up the formula Leflunomide will be manufactured again otherwise only Arava will be available. Thus the cost for a 90 day supply goes from around 200 dollars to around 1600, Pretty tough when one is in the donut hole but makes a little too much to qualify for payment assistance. I am looking for tablets. The powder taste terrible!!! ## Have you tried asking your local pharmacy about other alternatives? From what I was able to gather, there are tablets forms that come in the following doses (see below): Aspirin, ASA + Caffeine + Salicylamide - • Powder for Reconstitution: 650mg + 32mg + 195mg, 742mg + 36mg + 222mg • Tablet: 262.5;32.5mg;mg;mg + 262.5;32.5mg;mg;mg, 325mg + 16mg + 95mg Note: Above list includes dosages for all drugs with the same combination of active ingredients. I apologize for the somewhat confusing layout of the doses, but you can at least be certain that there is a tablet form available that you can ask your doctor or pharmacy about when filling your prescription. This is a round yellow pill with W or M on one side and a strange-looking arrow on the other. ## Based on the description provided, I found your round yellow pill to be Mobic (7.5 mg). NOTE: the actual marking is "M" (not W) on one side with an arrow type symbol on the other side. It is strange looking... I have been on Mobic, but the pain does not go away. I had an epidural, but pain still there. It seems the Mobic and the epidural are not sufficient. I will be getting another epidural in two weeks, but it has been a depressing 6 weeks of pain and immobility. Has anyone had this experience --- what else can I do? This has been torture. I also took this drug for 1 of 4 of my pregnancy's. He is the only one with health problems, the main one being a bi-cuspid valve on his heart and asthma. I wonder though if anyone else has had problems as the mother that took this drug. I believe that this drug also affected me the mother as well as my son. I just fought stage 4 cancer for Hodgkins and my immune system is shot and has been for most of my life, plus I have rhematoid arthritis and joint problems. I somehow ell I am not alone in this. i,m am very low income. need help getting my celebrex and percocets ## I have tried to stay off celebrex because of cost. My back hurts really bad now. I need to go back on celebrex. I already have trouble sleeping... ## Hi Linda, The medication usage guidelines for Mobic (Meloxicam) are as follows: Meloxicam comes as a tablet and suspension (liquid) to take by mouth. It is usually taken once a day with or without food. Take meloxicam at the same time every day. Follow the directions on your prescription label carefully, and ask your doctor or pharmacist to explain any part you do not understand. Take meloxicam exactly as directed. Does Arthri D raise blood pressure? ## I have been taking Artridol for an year now, given to me by a dr. in Mexico. I take one every 2-10 days and it really controls my pain, together with other applications. Lately I have been having high blood pressure and was wondering if anyone else has had this problem? ## I take blood pressure pills and started taking Artridol. Took only 2 pills in 2 days and my blood pressure shot up and I felt like I had taken something like speed. I couldn't sleep and my heart was racing. I have taken it in the past before I go to bed with no side effects and this time it was in the A.M.. I won't do that again.
