Hope this helps. ## Hi how big is it? Can you measure it please, Thank you ## Hello Nick, Thank you for sharing the information with the community. Just for your information vitamins and supplements do not have to be marked with an imprint like controlled medications do and thus there are bound to be many brands and types of supplements and vitamins that are white oblong pills with no imprint. In fact I have seen certain brands that use one color and shape for all of their vitamins and I can remember myself thinking, but how do they know if they accidentally switched the pills? Once again, thank you for taking the time out of your day to share this information. #...
I'm 25 yrs old..getting a back pain.Doctor suggest me to take indo cap sr....is that really effect...is there any side effects occure in future?? pls help ## Dont take indocap sr regularly it may effect ur kidney, take lorsaid for any rheumatic pain. ## Hello, Ronu! How are you? This medication is listed as containing Indomethacin, which is a potent nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medication. The U.S. FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach pain. If taken long-term, there is a risk of stomach ulceration, elevated blood pressure and fluid retention, though they are not common. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Can I use indocap Sr for pain relief? I am a lactating mother.

Hi, I’m a 43 year old female and have had psoriatic arthritis for 26 years now. I’ve been on several different treatments in the past and now taking Cosentyx since feb 2021. I started with the loading dose and now on 300mg fortnightly. I haven’t experienced any side effects yet, however the last 4 days have noticed blood in my urine with tiny clots. I had a urinalysis done and results were clear of infection except it showed high level of blood in urine. I also had a renal and pelvis ultrasound and the results were good. My Dr has referred me to a urologist who I will see on 31st May. Back in 2004, while I was taking methotrexate I experience blood in urine and had a cystoscopy done. The results showed a malignant tumor in my bladder which was removed. I had no further...
Can you fail a drug test if you have taken BC powder earlier? I tested positive for methamphetamine. ## I’ll start off by saying it’s very rare to fail a drug test from BC powder. I take it all the time and I take a UA (drug test) every month because I’m prescribed Subutex. BC powder is aspirin but it’s in powdered form so it’ll hit faster it also has caffeine about 65 mg. The aspirin is 845 mg, So generally speaking it’s not common to fail for methamphetamine from BC powder, but I’m not saying it’s impossible. I have taken some over-the-counter anti-allergy medication such as NyQuil and various other things that have had false positive for meth. I can tell you Psuedoephedrine can make you fail for that as well. Had it happen myself and al...
I was wondering if anyone on Enbrel has taken covid-19 shot, and had an allergic reaction? ## You can read here about which medications should be paused, when getting your COVID vaccine, and possible issues that may arise. Enbrel is listed as one that it is not necessary to stop, so it seems there haven't been any issues reported. The first COVID shot doesn't usually cause many side effects, other than a sore arm, with some possible bruising, at the administration site, but the second dose my cause nausea, headache, fever, chills, and joint/muscle aches. I received my second dose of the Moderna one, today, and so far, I've been feeling a little off, and have a headache setting in. Can anyone that's on Enbrel and received the vaccine post with their experience?
Has anyone taken Arthri-D for joint pain relief? ## I heard about arthri d joint pain healing and relief from an info commercial on tv. ## arthri d joint pain relief seen on tv info commercial -looking for info on users ## I'm skeptical, the ad mentioned no prices, that is not transparent and I suspect a very hard sell to buy more than you want to try. Hate this kind of company, a bad sell job to people really looking for relief. Get the best anti-oxidant you can afford and deal with the inflammation. There is relief out there. ## Are you referring to the product ArthRID-It? It is a natural supplement, which means it is not actually proven to help with anything, it contains: Celadrin, Trolamine, Dimethicone, Chondroitin, MSM, Glucoasmine, Aloe Vera and Emu Oil. Has anyone tried this...

I saw a tv ad and am interested to know if this is available in Canada? I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis in my knees and need some help other than drugs. ## Arthri-D is a supplement, so while they make a lot of claims, it is not actually proven to help with anything. From what I can find, it contains: Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Magnesium, Chondroitin, NAG, Turmeric, Rice Flour, Boswella Serrata, Ashwagandha, Yucca, Bromelain, Evening Primrose Oil, Green Lipped Muscle and Hyaluronic Acid. Does Meloxicam contain Aspirin or Tylenol? ## Hi Lynnette - No, Meloxicam is its own drug / active ingredient. It is a different drug from Aspirin or Acetaminophen (the active ingredient in Tylenol), though it is in a similar classification. Meloxicam is a Nonsteroidal Anti-Inflammatory drug (NSAID) most commonly prescribed for osteoarthritis (OA) and rheumatoid arthritis (RA). More Details:
I just took a Diurex and a mobic within minutes of each other...is this a problem? ## My mother takes mobic on a periodic basis. She has also begun to take magnesium supplements in hopes of relieving muscle cramps. Should we be worried about a drug interaction? ## I didn't find any interactions, or warnings listed, but it is always best to double check with your doctor, or pharmacist to be sure, since they may be aware of information that hasn't been listed in the databases, yet. Mobic contains the active ingredient Meloxicam, it's a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever, and swelling. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach irritation, and increased risk of bleeding. Are you on any other...
I have taken methadone for about 9 yrs. and other pain medicines before that. I have chronic pain post polio syndrome, Degenerative arthritis, Degenerative disc. in back due to severe Scoliosis. New laws passed , so my Doctor stopped doing pain management, not sure why. The pain management clinics are expensive and they do not take medicaid. I need a Doctor for pain management that can prescribe pain medication, but who takes medicaid patients. The Disable and poor are out of luck now. Need Doctor from south Arkansas ## I'm sorry, but even for any listings I find in your area, I have no way of knowing what types of insurance they accept. Have you tried asking your doctor for a referral somewhere else? Have you tried contacting your local Medicaid office to see if they have a list of...
Will meloxicam 15 mg show up on a drug test? Thank you ## only the drugs a drug test is testing for can show up - eg marijuana, cocaine. it is unlikely a drug like Meloxicam, used for arthritis, would show. however, if it is being abused, the side effects may signal an alarm to someone that something is not right. ## No, it will not. Meloxicam is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory. ## Anybody gaining weight from taking this Mobic 15mg? ## I have a drug test for the military in about two weeks, I take my boyfriends meloxicam for my back at work because I am a server and I never sit down really unless its dead shift. Will it show up on a military blood drug test? PLEASE GIVE ME SOME ADVICE! ## All I've ever know it showing up for is benzodiazepine once in a while ## It can show up depen...
I have been sweating a lot, even in cold weather. Is this a possible side effect of Celebrex? ## Hi Debrose - do you have a fever or any cold / flu like symptoms? I was reading through the Celecoxib side effects on Medline Plus and didn't see anything specifically listing sweating or hot flashes. However, what you reported could go in line with other side effects listed. I would read through the list on that page, and definitely let your doctor know since they should factor in any other things from your medical history. For example, it says "Your blood pressure should be checked regularly during your treatment." Could the sweating relate to a change in your blood pressure? Just things to consider and get checked asap. I hope this helps and best wishes with your treatment. Pl...
Is it a good treatment for arthritis pain? ## I am feeling back pain and body so I need pain medication for my RA . ## According to a related thread about Flexim Plus, this medicine contains "Paracetamol, Diclofenac and Methocarbamol, so it is a muscle relaxant and pain reliever." ## Hello Corline young McKnight, Reportedly flexim contains Methocarbamol and acetaminophen. The methocarbamol acts as a muscle relaxant and a central nervous system depressant while the acetaminophen acts as an anti-inflammatory and pain killer. It is important to understand that while this medicine can help relieve the pain of your arthritis it will not in any way aid in curing the underlying problems. I wasn't able to find the drug schedule of this medicine in Jamaica and thus I can only recomme...
Should I eat something before I take my Methylprednisolone at bedtime? ## That's probably a good idea - The dietary instructions for this drug say: "Methylprednisolone may cause an upset stomach. Take methylprednisolone with food or milk." Hope this helps and best wishes! Source: Medline Plus
I had a burning skin sensation that turned into a sore throat. I was prescribed the 4mg pack and antibiotic. After day 1 I had excess energy bordering on anxiety and insomnia. I suffer from anxiety and take Lexapro. I called the hospital center where I got the med and the doctor said the symptoms should lessen each day and if they got worse that it would be ok since this is a fairly low dose. Now I am confused as I hear horrible things about stopping. ## How are you doing? Did you quit the pack early? I am surprised that the Dr prescribed this to you, since one of the side effects is anxiety. I went to the ER, on my fifth day, with a severe anxiety attack, and I have no history with anxiety. I stopped taking them with two pills left. I am now two weeks past my last dose, and I am still ...
Does Mobic "go" with Suboxone. I take Sub for RLS and have a bad headache. Wondering if mobic will be effective. Thanks ## Based on my research there are no drug interactions found between the active ingredients in Mobic and Suboxone; deeming them safe to take together. Mobic (Meloxicam) is generally indicated for symptoms associated with arthritis, so I'm not sure how effective it will be in alleviating a bad headache or RLS. Perhaps a more natural remedy like peppermint or lavender essential oil would be helpful for the headache, but for RLS I'd consider trying chamomile tea at night along with some medical marijuana (depending on what state you're living in). I just find natural options to have less side effects and more therapeutic benefits. I hope this helps! ##...
