Are Thesetelma H Side Effects

i have been on Telma H and Amlo Denk for more than a year and i experience the following:
headaches
excrutiating pain on my anle joint every morning or walking after sitting for a long time
excrutiating back pain every morning
high frequency of urinating in the evening
feeling tired

Telma-H contains Telmisartan and Hydrochlorothiazide, the Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic and removes fluid from the body, this would explain the frequent urinating. When do you take this? If you're taking it at night, you should speak to your doctor about taking it in the morning, so you aren't having to get up to urinate so much at night. Otherwise, it may just be too high of a dosage for you and it may need to be lowered.

Amlo Denk contains the active ingredient Amlodipine and it may be causing the joint pain.
