Hi Letty,

I know exactly what you're going through, as I used to have horrible acne back in my teenage years. What helped me may not help everyone, but to my understanding, the breakouts, scars, and acne that seems to never go away is directly related to our diets and what products or supplements we put in our bodies on a daily basis.

If you want to see the most dramatic change in your skin over a lesser period of time, I would start by cutting out meat and dairy products as they are carcinogenic; mucous forming; full of hormones that throw your bodies hormones off balance; and more over are very acidic to your body. Lastly, most animal products are lacking in just about every vitamin and mineral outside of iron and b12.

Replacing those foods with fresh fruits, dark leafy greens, and an overall consumption of less cooked foods, should help replenish and regenerate your body from the inside out. I also encourage juicing a lot if your able to. If you get one for Christmas, it's a gift that keeps on giving to your skin!

These are just a few suggestions that I think will have a greater impact than any medication on the market; without the strange side effects!

I hope this helps! :)
