Any Mental Problems With Xarelto?

My wife had to be hospitalized for confusion and hearing voices etc while on xarelto and has since switched to eliquis and is much better, but I think that xarelto did some damage and she is still experiencing some problems but not as severe.

What problems is she still experiencing? Such events aren't listed by the FDA, or NIH as being side effects of Xarelto. It's typical ones usually include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, easy bruising, and anxiety.

Is this the only medication she is on? Has she ever been diagnosed with depression or another mental issue?
