I had panic attacks a while back and was put on xanax for them. Now they started again and I want to go back to get something for them. My question is how do I tell the Dr. I want klonopin instead of xanax? The xanax put me to sleep where the others don't. ## Hello, Whisper! How are you? What does Klonopin tablets look like? ## It can have a variety of appearances depending on the manufacturer, especially if you're talking about the generic form (Clonazepam). Can you cut blue 1mg Klonopin in half before taking it, or do you have to take the whole pill? ## Yes you can cut it in half if you only want to take half. ## Hi Harrah, As a general rule of thumb my understanding is that as long as it's not a time-released pill then it should be fine to cut it in half; despite the presence of a score line. But if you have to continue taking lesser amounts for a prolonged period of time, perhaps it would eventually be best to have your doctor prescribe tablets containing a smaller dosage, just to make life a little easier... I would like to tell you to consult with your pharmacist but I usually have serious problems with their advise.

I take 1 four times daily and take 2 .5's in between doses for breakthrough anxiety. Stay away from this drug if u don't have anxiety PTSD and severe panic disorder and Stockholm syndrome. ## Does Xanax work better for Anxiety? I give similar warnings about Xanax, and my Doctor just put me on Klonopin. Said it was very easy to withdraw from. The more reading I do I see that is not so? I have enough Xanax for now so I am not going to 'try' the Klonopin any more. Is Xanax an easier drug to use than Klonopin. Klonopin doesn't seem to help much with my anxiety. Takes all day and I believe that is why I am having stomach trouble. ## Clonazepam (Klonopin) is a highly potent anticonvulsant, muscle relaxant and anxiolytic, which does help with anxiety. Is there a major difference between the green xanax bars, GG and the G bars? Hi guys! No, I’ve been taking this medication for almost 10 years and it’s only recently come to my attention that there is a ODT or orally dispensing tablet version of this medication and I’m wondering if anybody has any experience with it because with my panic disorder it’s difficult waiting the hour for my pillow to come on whereas I feel like this would happen much quicker. Please let me know if anybody’s had any experience and what their thoughts are. ## Also, if you have had experience, does insurance cover it the same as regular alprazolam? ## Very expensive compared to regular Xanax pills. has anybody been taking clonezepam for a long time? are you having any adverse effects or problems with tolerance? ## Tolerance is completely normal and everyone that takes a medication for a long period of time will eventually experience it. It can just happen at different times for different people. Thus one person may post and say no, they've been taking the same dose for 5 years, but another person may make it less than a year before needing a dosage adjustment. So I had heard of niravam before but never knew it was an actual quick dissolving version of Alprazolam (which I believe would suit my needs better than the regular generic alprazolam tablets which are becoming more and more scarce). Does Nirivam work as well as Xanax? ## In my case - I have severe panic attacks nirivam works 100 times better for me. I was having to chew the xanax to get into system with nirivam it dissolves and you get more immediate effects ## They are actually the same exact drug, Xanax is just in a pill that you have to swallow and Nirivam is a tablet that dissolves under the tongue, but otherwise, there is no difference. ## F r on one side and a cross on the other. Do green s903 have a less bitter, almost tasteless with a chalky, fast dissolving texture? ## No they are just as bitter as any other Xanax. What is the difference between diazepam and xanax? When it comes to mg how do they compare? Say 2mg of diazepam= how many mg of xanax? ## diazepam was proscribed for an ear infection....why??? ## It is dangerous to try and compare Xanax with Valium or diazepam. The milligrams do not match up in any way. They are both benzodiazipines (I never spell that correctly.) Please don't try to figure out how they fit by the dosage this is serious business and could cause a real overdose. The Nitrazepam I received today came in strips of ten with "N", then a line, then "10" under it on one side and blank on the other... Actavis Aprazolam 0.25 round white R. This is the third prescription I have from Walgreens that does not behave the way it should. I took one: nothing. So I tried 2: nothing. Finally took 3: nothing. Hi everyone. I have GAD...car rides are a nightmare for me. We are traveling to NY and my husband is driving and I am really nervous. I have some Xanax .25 mg the doctor prescribed me last month. I took half the pill today to see how I feel before I take one for the ride and it was alright. I plan on taking .25 tomorrow night for the ride and then another one in a week for the ride home. This won't form a physical dependence will it?
