I had both .5 and 1mg in the same bottle, I am unsure of how many were there, although it was only 4-5 .5 mg and around 5-6 1mg pills. Pink and blue. I went into a depressive episode, because I couldn't find the 1mg ones. The next day I found the pink packaged ones in the shower, dumped them into the bottle not realizing what I was doing. The pink ones are chunked up and the blue ones are pure dust. I am unsure of how to dose them. I am cycling between manic and depressive very quickly, (Ie: 2 days d, 3 days m, and now back in d. I try not to take medications at all.) I only had a 15 script to begin with. (It's not regular, was only until I could make it to my psychologist NP. Which is a new doctor and not for a month.) I've had a traumatic brain injury and my right arm shakes uncontrollably. Do you think taking clonazepam will help the shakiness or tremors? After all the neurologist thinks it will. I want to know your views and thoughts on this condition. ## I myself have brain stem cancer and had the back of my skull removed and all but 2% of the cancer cut out. I'm on heavy doses of Meclizine, its a dizzy anti-vertigo pill but helps alot with shakes. I have shakes through-out my whole body and nerve damage on my left side. I've used xanax off and on for years. Recently I was given a RX for the 2mg bars (less expensive). I took less than 1/8 of one and it made me so nauseous, awful. Anyone else experience this? Had it filled at Woemart. ## Never heard of a purple bar, had purple footballs. Perhaps you are allergic to the color purple? ## Your doc instructed you to take 1/8 of a 2mg xanax? That's odd. Why not prescribe .25 or .5? Perhaps something else made you nauseous. I have not seen purple 2mg bars either. ## Darlin, sorry to hear about your reaction to the med. Do you happen to know who manufactured the pills were getting filled before? Even a color / shape / marking might help to verify as well. I am 48 years old... I have a sleeping problem and depression... Doctor told me to take Alprazolam .25mg but I feel like I am not getting a very deep sleep. So if I take two or three .25mg, is it safe for me? Please advise. ## No it is not a sleeping pill and is not safe to take in amounts not prescribed by your doctor. The dose you are taking is relatively small but if you double or triple up, when you run out the rebound anxiety will be that much stronger and can even lead to withdrawal problems ## Asis, NO it is not a sleeping pill. I'd suggest finding a competent prescriber. By multiplying your dose you put yourself in jeopardy for increased insomnia and dependence of this very potent benzodiazepine. Granted your dosage is relatively low but these meds can create rebound anxiety...

I switched pharmacies and was given Sandoz Ativan, I have been having a terrible time- it is like it is creating more anxiety. I switched back to my old pharmacy and am counting the days until I get back to the Milan manufacturer. It has been a horrid 2 weeks. Melatonin helps a great deal with sleep. I started off with Milan and had been on that for 2 years with no problems, I wonder if your body resists another generic brand and you have to adjust. All I know if Milan is what I need and I always get the same manufacturers for all my meds since 12 years ago from CVS- they are very consistent. HI guys I'm looking for some advice on some 5mg diazepam I got rx filled in Glasgow. Boxes of 28 crescent yellows - they seem like the real deal to me and when I googled them I came across a story about one of the trucks being robbed in Wales. They just seem verry cheap! Going for pretty much the same as the fake activas yellows that are all over Glasgow but these are 10 x better IMO ## I don't know how to post pictures but the tablets are stamped A -273 on one side with a sort of half moon shaped line on the other side. I was prescribed valium to help relax before my dental treatment. I was given 5mg the day before the procedure and 5mg 1hour before procedure. The pills were taken 12 hours apart. Hi. Since generic Lorazepams are basically the same, there still can be bad side effects switching to another, if one is discontinued. Some generics have different binders and fillers and maybe not enough, or too much of one component in which makes you sick. So I've been prescribed 0.5 mg xanax for about 7 months now. I take it almost everyday. Sometimes I take more (0.75- 1 mg) or sometimes I take less (0.25 mg) but most often I will take 0.5 mg. I tend to not be able to eat unless I take it. I don't take it more than once a day if I do. The longest ill go without it is every other day. Its been a while since this started, like I said 7 months. Could I get withdrawal from stopping altogether? The fact that I can't eat without it, is that a withdrawal symptoms? (As soon as it kicks in I have no problem eating, but can't seem to eat a thing when im not on it) Or is it just anxiety symptoms? ## It is a sign of a withdrawal, actually rebound anxiety.
