My friend gave me this pill and told me that it was ordered online from the United States, and that it helps with anxiety. He said it was clonazepam, but the pill is small, round, yellow (sort of lightish), looks like its 'coated' or has a time release, and has an imprint of 40 on one side that is in red-ish writing and there is nothing on the other side... if anyone has any idea, please let me know! ## I've looked through our various resources an I am not finding anything that matches this in the U.S. prescription medication databases. I even went through several pages of generic and name brand markings for Klonopin and Clonazepam and there is nothing even close to this. some say yes, some say no to using expired meds (XANAX). which is the correct answer?? ## In respect to Xanax, it does not turn into a dangerous substance, once it is expired, however, it does start to lose potency, so it is likely that it will not be as effective as it was, when it was newly prescribed. As to other medications, it depends on the specific drug, while most are safe to use and just less potent, like Xanax, there are others that can be dangerous and should be disposed of. It's a white oblong pill with the markings on 1 side, the numbers GG 2 4 9 Also the pill has lines below each number, same for the two letters, a under the capital, GG..other side is smooth, also white in with no numbers or letters !! ## I don't have a picture to post for you, due to copyright reasons, but I can confirm that a pill meeting this description, with those markings is listed as containing 2mgs of Alprazolam, the generic for Xanax, a Benzodiazepine used to treat anxiety and nervous disorders. I just need to know what pill this is and what strength it is? Its a small orange round pill with what looks to be like an R on one side and a line on the other side and nothing else. ## There are some prescription tablets that have an R on them, but they also have additional numbers for identification. If this one only has an R on it and nothing else, that leads me to believe that it is probably an over the counter medication, though there is also a slight possibility that it is a foreign drug. However, imprints like this for OTC items can be hard to narrow down, because they are not required to log them with the FDA. I found small yellow round tablets with D5 written on one side and a line on the other and was wondering what they are called and what they are used for? ## I am not 100% certain, but tenative identifications list this as containing 5mgs of Diazepam, the active ingredient in Valium, a Benzodiazepine, used to treat anxiety and nervous disorders. i was prescribed valium pill a while back now , so have forgotten the color and any words on the pill. would it be round zg /5 on one side and a v on the other . cheers veronica ## I am not finding any records of any prescription tablets with this marking. And since Valium is available as a name brand, as well as the generic Diazepam, the markings on them will vary depending on the manufacturer and dosage. Some examples are: Orange, round, with MYLAN 345 on the front, 5mg. Green, round, with MYLAN 477, 10mg. Yellow, round, with a V on one side and 2683 on the other, 5mg. Blue, round, with a V on one side and 2684 on the other, 10mg. And this isn't a comprehensive list, there are many more. Do you by any chance remember the dosage?

can you take .50 klonopin then 1 mg xanax half hour later.... ## It is generally not recommended to double up like that, since these are both Benzodiazepines and taking them too close together could result in a possible overdose. They both depress the central nervous system, which could result in serious health problems, or death. Normal side effects to these medications can include: nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability. Has your doctor instructed you to use them both?

I found a light blue oval shaped pill marked with L368 on 1 side and the other side is blank. I was told it's the same thng as Xanax 3mg.
