No, the maximum available via RX in the U.S. is a 3mg extended release formulation and 2mgs in the regular release. The FDA classifies Xanax as a benzodiazepine that's most commonly used to treat anxiety and nervous disorders. Its carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability. Is there anything else I can help with?
I don't take Klonopins on a regular basis, but I took one 0.5mg earlier today. I have a Dr appointment on the 16th of April, and they'll be doing a urinalysis that will be sent to the lab. I'm 5'2 and weigh 140lbs... I am active and I have consumed water and peed like crazy today. Can someone tell me if it should be out by the 16th? Please?
Updated in KlonopinI wondered what a very small, round, blue pill with H25 on one side and an M on the other side was. Very helpful, yes. Thank you. ## Hello, Peggy! How are you? I'm glad this site was able to help you! For anyone else that may be looking for an identification on this tablet, it is manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 25mgs of Hydroxyzine. The FDA classifies this medication as an antihistamine that is used to treat allergic reactions and for its sedative like effects. Its typical side effects may possibly include dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth, sedation and somnolence. Is there anything I can help with?

does product help with anxiety ## @buckedon1, The answer to your question is yes - Lorazepam is in a class of drugs called benzodiazepines, which are commonly prescribed for treating anxiety, depression, and insomnia. You can learn more about this drug on the page for Lorazepam Details I for one don't think the benefits of drugs like Lorazepam outweigh the possible sides and withdrawal symptoms associated with long term or frequent use. But I think it's also important to remember that not everyone responds to these types of medications in the same way...whereas in some cases, certain individuals may find that Lorazepam works better or worse than various other treatment modalities. Hope this helps!
This pill is not likely from the US, could be from India or England perhaps? Many thanks! ## Yes, it doesn't match anything in the U.S. databases, but there have been other questions asked about it from Norway and other countries, but so far no identification has been made. Learn more prescription drug details here. Do you have any other information on it? ## Ativan 2 MG ## It's Imodium, Diarrhea Medicine ## White round pill scored on one side what looks like lp on the other possible Korean symbol ## The pill is a foreign generic of Lorazepam. I have the same ones. ## Yes, definitely generic Ativan 2mg - White round pill with L2 on one side, no markings but scored on the other side - manufactured in India by Ranbaxy as brand name Larprose (extremely lower in cost if buying direc...
I have been taking lorazepam with the #063, and a couple of mos. ago they said they don't have them or can't get them anymore. they tried to give me another pill saying it is the same, 2mg but it is not the same. I have a lot of anxiety for the pain I have all over my body. Arthritis. I am 77 and can you help me by letting me know where I can get this certain pill? I can't sleep at night because these other Lorazepam don't work for me...thank you..I use safeway pharmacy. ## Hi margie, Sorry to hear about your situation. I think a good way to go about this would probably be to ask your doctor to specify a particular manufacturer's version of Lorazepam (such as Actavis), directly on the prescription so pharmacists will know which brand to have in stock or order for you...
Hydroxyzine HCL 50mg. Has this drug been used to reduce opiate analgesic ?requirements ## Hello, Jim! How are you? Not that I am aware of, though it does have quite a list of medical uses. As listed by the FDA, they include allergic reactions, anxiety, tension, nervousness, nausea, vomiting, skin rash, hives and itching. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, drowsiness and sedation. Is there anything else I can help with?
Little white pill says g 65on one other side is clear ## Hello, Joe! How are you? I think what you're looking at may be a stylized E. Can you please double check? It does resemble an angular capital G. If the marking is E 65 the tablet is manufactured by Sandoz Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 2mgs of Clonazepam. The FDA classifies this medication as a benzodiazepine that is most commonly used to treat anxiety and nervous disorders. It carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability.
Took for first time three hours ago as prescribed for bad mania caused by required large cortisone injections for acute arthritis pain. As prescribed (two 0.5 xanax plus two 5x325 percosets did nothing to reduce the manic anxiety and pain. Heart still racing and terrible anxiety continued. Took one extra 0.25 atenolol (have chronic mild atrial fibrillation, keep it on hand). Also took two more xanax and one extra percoset. Felt disoriented and sorta walking into walls for two hours. Now heart is fine, pain reduced, but I can't concentrate on Birdman and scared to go to sleep. It's 4 am...mouth dry. New to these drugs, and history of addiction to 30 years alcohol/fentanyl, but sober/clean for three years after seizure/coma due to cold turkey stopping drinking. Never do this again...
What is the pink light pink and white capsule with Barr 323 25 mg given and used for and what effects does it have ## This capsule is manufactured by Teva Pharmaceuticals, formerly Barr, and they list it as containing 25mgs of Hydroxyzine. The FDA classifies this medication as an antihistamine that is used to treat allergic reactions and for its sedative like effects. Its typical side effects may possibly include dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth, sedation and somnolence. Is there anything else I can help with?
MY DOCTOR PRESCRIBED URBANOL 10MG FOR MY SON AND MYSELF AS WE ARE TERRIFIED OF FLYING AND HAVE A TRIP TO CAPETOWN IN A WEEKS TIME- I DID A TEST RUN 2 DAYS AGO THE DOSAGE BEING HALF A TAB 3 TIMES A DAY AND IT DID NOTHING FOR EITHER OF US. AS MY SON SUFFERS FROM SEVER STRESS AND ANXIETY I DONT WANT TO HAVE A HUGE SCENE AT THE AIRPORT. IS URBANOL THE BEST FOR THIS AND SHOULD WE INCREASE OUR DOSAGE. ## Research at the Stamford University School of Medicine found benzodiazepines blocked desensitization and increased sensitivity to flight. CBT may reduce anxiety-producing thoughts but does not stop release of stress hormones when the amygdala reacts to unfamiliar motions and noises. Anxiety about being up high, not in control, and unable to escape may be more than CBT or meds can help with. T...
I'm trying to figure out what a med was called that I took I was a yellow gel cap with a purple ring Arround it and it ended in pam ## Hi Chuck, Do you have any idea what "type" of medication it was? What it was prescribed or used for? A lot of drug names come to mind that end in 'pam', specifically benzodiazepines/anti-anxiety meds such as diazepam, lorazepam, clonazepam, and temazepam. So this is what I tend to think of right off the bat. However I'm not particularly aware of how each tablet or capsule is being supplied and their specific color schemes for certain dosages. Never-the-less, it seems to me that the drug category of benzodiazepines is most common when it comes to meds that end in 'pam'. So you may just need to double check on that with a ph...
Hi my name is Kerri and I am due to have my daughter in less than 12 days, been in recovery for 3 yrs and recently found out some horrific news that I'll be dealing with for the rest of my life due to my partner being dis honest ! I've taken them a few times but recently took 3 1 mg two days ago. Think it will be out of my system? I'm 29 and am weighing at 160 (prego) but am constantly drinking fluids and on the go with a 7 and 1 yr old.!! Answer ASAP please ## Hi Ke, Sorry to hear about your situation. This may sound a little confusing at first, but from what I could find, the estimated elimination half-life of clonazepam (klonopin) is listed as 30 to 40 hours. This means that if you took 3mgs, 30-40 hours later only 1.5mgs will be left working in your body - and then half ...
I have been taking hydroxyzine pamoate, just got my next refill and it says atarax ,hydroxyzine hcl.....did I get the wrong med ## Hello, Cat! How are you? No, Aterax is actually the name brand for Hydroxyzine, as opposed to the generic being just called Hydroxyzine Pamoate. The FDA classifies this medication as being an antihistamine that is commonly used to treat allergic reactions and for its sedative like effects. Its typical side effects may possibly include drowsiness, dry mouth and somnolence. Is there anything else I can help with?
Is it okay to take it if it's been expired since 2011. I also take Celexa and buspar but I'm still having bad anxiety and I have some hydroxyzine from 2011 and I was wondering if it is safe to take it? Please any help would be great. ## Hello, Duckie! How are you? I'm sorry about the way you're feeling. This medication doesn't become dangerous, once expired, but it does start to lose effectiveness, so it may not work as well as it did, when new. It would be best to dispose of it and see your doctor to obtain a new supply, if needed. The FDA lists the typical side effects of Hydroxyzine as possibly including dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and sedation. Is there anything else I can help with?
Does Wellcare medical card cover suboxone in Kentucky? Also my first appt is tommorow and Im afraid they will not see me because I took a couple xanaxs this week. Will they do that? ## Hello, Katie! How are you? They might, if it wasn't prescribed for you, but I can't say for sure, since each doctor can set their own policies on that. As to whether or not Wellcare covers it, have you tried checking with them? Or asking the doctor you have the appointment with? The FDA lists this medication as being a narcotic that is most commonly used to treat drug addiction, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Does anyone else know? ## If it is your very first appt. you might be ok. He may ad...
a friend gave me this, he said it's klonopin but i want to make sure before i take it. It's small, round, Pretty sure it's considered orange. There's a cursive v on one side and 2_|_2 the two middle numbers are rubbed off so I'm not sure what they are that's why I put an underscore. Is this Klonopin? If so what mg is it? How does the mg of this compare to xanax? ## Hello, Angel! How are you? No, there are no Clonazepam lists that match this description. The V logo is used by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals and they do make a generic for Klonopin, but one is yellow and the other is white. I couldn't find anything they make in orange, or a similar color, that has numbers that being and end in a 2. Does anyone else recognize this tablet? I'll keep looking and post...
Hi all, my 61 year old mother is on nexito 20mg + mirtaz 30mg for the last 12 days... Her mornings are horrible. She wakes up and has severe headaches + dizziness in the morning. Wanted to ask if r morning side effects are common and is there any cure for the light headedness.. By 6 pm in the evening she is perfectly OK and comes out of the bedroom and talks and watched TV. My family is very concerted about her morning side effects. Any help will be appreciated.
Updated in AtivanAfter much research, I understand Alprazolam's (Xanax) half life is approximately 11 hours, correct? So, as an example, if a person took a 1 mg dose of xanax, it would be down to .5 milligrams in their system after the approximate 11 hours? I know there are a lot of other factors too, such as age, weight, metabolism, etc., but can anyone help me understand how you would figure up approximately how much would be in someone's system going by half lives and if they took multiple doses? This may sound confusing so I'll use an example. Day 1: 2:00 P.M. - Took 1.5 mg 6:00 P.M. - Took 0.5 mg Day 2: 7:00 A.M. - Took 1.0 mg 10:00 A.M. - Took 0.5 mg 4:00 P.M. -Took 0.5 mg 10:00 P.M. - Took 1.0 mg Day 3: 9:00 A.M. - Took 1.5 mg 1:00 P.M. - Took 1.0 mg 5:00 P.M. - Took 0.5 mg 9:00 P.M. ...
