What can I use over the counter drug when I run out of my clotrimazole betamethasone dipropionate cream ## What are you using it for? In the U.S. both Clotrimazole and Betamethasone can only be obtained by prescription, so there are no over the counter equivalents. Have you consulted your doctor? ## Lotrimin isvery close. Doctor recommended it with my childrens severe diaper rashes. Cleared it right up.

Will nystatin help with my acne? I don't get it very bad. Just a couple pimples, but my chest and back are worse than my face. They get tiny white heads. Will this help or make it worse? I've been on some pills where they make it worse. Any insight you can give is awesome. Thanks. ## Hello, Kas! How are you? No, Nystatin only treats fungal infections, so it will not help with acne. Another tip is to always wash those areas of your body last, when showering, that way any lingering oils from your shampoo or other products you use don't stay on the skin to worsen the breakouts.

I have a groin rash , itching all the time sometimes small boil like lesions will breakout , it looks like ringworm or some kind of fungal rash, sweating will make it itch very bad , parts of my groin are reddened with a marked outline of ringworm like breakout . ive tried garlic , diluted bleach ,terrisil , ting nystatin , tea tree oil , bathing in salt water different powders etc etc nothing seems to help , anyone got any ideas? ## Hello, Rusty! I have MRSA along with yeast infections over and over I perfere to use nystain the one that has a numming agent in it. My son had toenail fungus now. We've tried almost some of the popular remedies like White Vinegar, Tea Tree Oil and Listerine but not too effective on my son. As i've go to the drugstores, the only available for now is the medicine product Fungusil. Just want to know if anyone here try to used this before? Is it really effective? I am suffering from severe itching in my inner thighs where the underwear borders touch the skin and also arm pit and groins.
