Hi, there, was taking Pristiq for 2 yrs 50mg, was good but very big weight gain. So i decided to come off it. Not too bad. For 5 days i cut tablet in half, for 5 days went to quarter, then stopped. Had a little stomach cramping for a day or so, my head felt a little wobbly at times while on quarter, only down fall is really bad dreams. Been free from Pristiq for about 1 week now and all is well. ## I am about to go to a 1/4 tablet plz keep me posted on how you are going good luck thanks

I take 300 MG wellbutrin but seems to confuse and disorient me. I am diabetic type 2 and take glimpsed 2 mg., Adderall and opana. Could these be confusing me? ## Hello, El! How are you? Wellbutrin can cause that as a side effect in some people that take it, as reported by the FDA. Other side effects may include nausea, dizziness, nervousness and insomnia. Most side effects are usually transient and will go away in time, once your body gets used to a medication, but that may take 3 to 4 weeks. However, it they worsen, or don't go away, it could be that it's not the right medication for you and you may have to try something else. Is there anything else I can help with?

HI everyone! this is my first post on the forum, but I have been taking Prozac for anxiety about a month and a half now, but before this I was on Zoloft. The zoloft made me feel very depressed (I hadn't even known what depression felt like before the zoloft) and just down about life, so I decided to talk to my doctor and switch medications. The zoloft also cause diarrhea, but these side effects ceased to exist once I was off the zoloft and on prozac. Now while on prozac, I'm not sure if it has helped my anxiety that much, but I just feel at an easier state of mind. Some of the side effects I experience include occasional diarrhea (not was often as while on zoloft), a decrease in appetite, and sometimes I'm just very jittery and wired. I was given some samples by my doctor of Brintellix, and all I can say is that it worked beautifully. I have tried virtually every other antidepressant on the market, and they all made me violently ill. This was the first medication that I tolerated very well, and my mood improved dramatically from the very first pill- I was elated! Then, when I received the prescription, it came under the name Trintellix. On the net, it says that Trintellix is the rebranded name for Brintellix and the same brand-name medication. To my surprise, Trintellix didn't work nearly as well (if not at all). Has anyone had this experience? I am so upset, I don't know what to do. I personally believe that the manufacturer changed the formula, but I have no evidence, other than my experience, to prove this...

I have been on Zoloft for several years now. I neglected to bring it with me when I drove down here to Southern California from Nevada, where I live. Can my doctor in Nevada call a prescription for this medication in to a California pharmacy? If possible, please reply ASAP, as I am now out of the medication in question. Thank you. ## California does have laws pertaining to filling out-of-state controlled substances, but since sertraline (zoloft) is not a controlled substance, I don't think you'd run into any problems with your doctor calling it in to a specific pharmacy location, such as CVS, Walgreens and other multi-chain drug stores. Taking brintellix for.three says, can't sleep. Have Clonazepam 1 mg at home, can I tske one at night? ## Hello, Carina! How are you? I didn't find any problems or interactions listed between them, but it is always best to double check such information to be sure. If I would've known how bad coming off Lexapro would be I would have never started. I was just starting college and I was very nervous. I'd heard about anxiety meds and thought this was the answer, I saw my dr and he immediately prescribed me Lexapro 10 mg. about a month on the medication I met the love of my life. Dr has prescribe me this medication again, and i will not be able to get the medication till 2 weeks, i do have left over medication, can i use expire citalopram that exp. on 4/10/16? ## This medication does not become toxic, or dangerous after its expiration date, but it may start to lose some efficacy and not work as well for you. However, you can try taking it, if your doctor approves. Have you asked them about it? The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and weight changes.

I've been on Effexor for 8yrs and have decided it's time to stop! My doctor has decreased my dosage starting and ending 150 all the way down to 37.5 and then nothing!!! The withdrawals are horrendous, zaps every step, can't focus, nausea, extreme irritability and blow ups!!! Please give me advice to help this!!! I take amitriptyline, Cymbalta, wellbutrin, Celebrex, metformin, and I am testing positive for benzo"s are one of these drugs known to cause a false positive, I have taken nothing but these meds for the last month or so. ## Only one that could even come close to a benzo is elavil but it's not normal. And in a 7 drug screen it does not show at all. It will show as a antidrepresnt hopefully that helped just going on experience with this information

I took 7.5 mg of Zipiclone together with 15 mg of Aventyl (nortriptyline) at bedtime. They produced agitation especially in the back of my head and I could not sleep the entire night. What may be the interaction between these 2 medications? Thank you. I also took 50 mg of Paxil CR and 40 mg of Baclofen. Could they have confounded my problem?

I am taking viibryd and buspar for depression and anxiety. I drug test on a regular basis for drug treatment. Since I started this medicine my drug tests have been coming back positive for alprazolam. But the viibryd and buspar are the ONLY things I am taking!! Does anyone have any advice about this??

I have recently tested positive on a drug screening for benzodiazepines and the only thing I have taken are amitriptyline and lyrica, although I was prescribed diazepam for 15yrs but haven't taken any for 2mths. I am worried why I have tested positive when I haven't been taking any benzodiazepines?

I have some! ## They are Amitriplyline .. used for depression, anxiety, insomnia, pain. The ones you are describing are pretty strong. I know from experience. Hope this helps. ## Having read the other posts they are definitely amitrptaline, they come in three colours and doses 10,s 25,s and 50,s 10,s are white 25,s are yellow and 50s are Brown. They where first used as an anti depressant but now they are mostly used for pain relief especially in the back. Been on this med for 3 weeks now, has been working great no panic attacks. But, today I decided to drink 5 beers with no food and only the drug in me...bad mistake.
