Will having only one kidney, a damaged liver and damaged spleen, plus taking Seroquel, Sertraline, Lisinopril, and Depacoat, show a false positive for methamphetamine? ## Studies have shown in fact patients who have only one kidney, kidney infection, kidney disease, combined while prescribed seroquel in conjunction with intakes of M.S.M (meth-al-sophony-methane) will in fact produce false positives for both amphetamines, and methamphetamine s when urine samples are tested. I have been taking 200mg of Trazodone since February and although I noticed an immediate improvement in my mood I think I'm struggling now with side effects although my doctor said they should have worn off by now. I find that I'm constantly shaky inside, feel cold most of the time, frequently feel ill, very irritable and general feeling of not coping. Any thoughts welcome. ## Hello, Fiona! How are you? It can take about 4 to 6 weeks for a medication like Paxil to reach its full level of effectiveness in your body. Generally, that's about the same time when you'll notice any side effects reaching their peak in intensity, then starting to taper off. I can't seem to figure out what is the best time to take my trintellix... am or pm. I've been on trintellix for a little over a month and don't sleep very well and stay very tired during the day but I had these problems before I began trintellix so how am I supposed to figure out the best time of day to take it??? Hiya - hope no one minds me sharing. Can we skip the advice re: cold turkey versus tapering? I needed more than I can express, to be back in control of my life and pronto. So I've been on prozac for 15 years and recently over the last four years, citalopram, 40 mg down to 20 mg within the past two years. I am no longer sure if my genuine, underlying emotional situation is causing my effects, or if it's down to citalopram. I have all the typical symptoms - no libido, weight gain, tearful, hopeless, etc. That's while I'm on it. So is it me or is it the medication? Well, I'm off it now so we'll see. I have been tapering off Zoloft 100mg and switching to generic Wellbutrin XL 300mg. I gradually went off the Zoloft over a two week period and then started the Wellbutrin XL and I am having bad mood changes and I cry almost everyday. I have picking fights with my husband and being completly unreasonable. I took 15mg of Zoloft and it made me fell a little bit more normal. Has anyone had this experience with genaric Wellbutrin XL? I started getting my periods after 9 months of my delivery as i was feeding my baby. My cycles were irregular so i consulted my doctor upon whos advice i took regestrone 5 mg for 25 days (starting 5th day of my period). Dr told that i will get my period within 1 day of missing the tablet. I have not got my period even after 20 days of stopping the medicine. I am not pregnant. Hi there, my doctor recently put me on Nuzak for depression however, i barely have an appetite and since I've been using it I struggle to focus and I have blurred visions and I cant handle been in crowded spaces. I was not like this before i was prescribed. I've also noticed that my sleeping patterns are not regular and when i do wake up, my heart is beating at a rather unusual rate. Any help on this one? ## It is possible that those are side effects of this medication, according to NIH reports. How long have you been taking it? I started taking Viibryd three days ago, and have started to see negative side effects. I'm currently taking 10 mg. I get extreme hot flashes, and sweat more excessively. I also noticed I have been experiencing migranes, and tingly sensations throughout my body. My doctor said that this is normal for the first few weeks, but I'm starting to wonder if this has happened to anybody else. WAS ON PRISTIQ FOR 3 MONTHS AND WENT OFF BECAUSE INS, WON'T PAY. I take 20mg of Prozac but do not know if i should stop it before getting pregnant? Is there anyone who got pregnant while on Prozac and the baby was fine with no issue, birth defects, complications?
