can i take multivitamins everyknight along with celexa40mg and wellbutrin xl 150mg or should i not mix vitamins cause they make me tired during the day ## yes, it is safe to take vitamins with these medications. ## You should double check with your doctor, to be sure. The other issue is that it may not be advisable to take the vitamins at night, because they can give you an energy boost, which may cause problems sleeping. Hi, Within 3 months i have to undergo chemo theraphy and the anti-hormoonpil.Breastcancer-had a mastectomy. At the moment I am taking Lexamil. Is there reason to get off Lexamil. Sometimes it may be necessary to stop other medications, but it depends on the specifics of your treatment and the risks involved and only your doctor will be able to advise you on this matter. What is the exchange dose of effexor xr and Zoloft?( what dose of Effexor is equal to 40 mg. of Zoloft? ## There is currently no 40mg dose of Zoloft available, the closest would be 50mgs, so the information I've found is relevant to that dosage. Generally the switch requires 75mgs of the Effexor ER to equal the 50mg dosage of Zoloft. However, your doctor may use a different dosage, depending on the severity of your condition and your response to the medications. What dosage has your doctor advised?

How does 20mg of lexipro compare with 40 mg of citalopram? Is drowsiness a side effect of citalopram? ## The Escitalopram in the Lexapro is more potent than the Citalopram, so it is normal that a higher dose of the Citalopram be needed, if someone is switching from one to the other. And drowsiness can be a normal side effect of both of them, as well as nausea, dry mouth and weight changes. Are there any other questions or comments?

My very overly active 3 year old had trouble sleeping and around September of 2011 I took him to a sleep specialist and she prescribed colodine. It worked great. But then he went to see a neurologist and the neurologist wasn't to happy he was on colodine and wants to take him off colodine slowly and fully take amitriptyline only. It's 10mg. What are some of the things I can expect? Will it help him sleep well and have less aggression during the day? ## Amitriptyline is a tricyclic antidepressant, but the only way to see if it helps him is to try it. I was on lexamil. It went well on the medication. my dr advise me the better option for biopoler depression is cymgen30 because it helps with neoro pains that i get in my neck. Cymbalta is the drug from hell as far as I am concerned. I spent almost a year and 4 failed attempts trying to get off it. It was prescribed for a pain I was having and it didn't even help with that. I was at my wits end until my G.I. specialist recommened I see a psychiatrist really trained well in Psychopharmacology. I am now making headway but I will not consider it over until I am off with no side effects. I would join any class action law suit if one was formed. I had many bad side effects. What can I do to prevent weight gain while using Lexamil? I am also taking birth control which adds to the possibility of gaining weight. ## Lexamil contains the active ingredient Escitalopram, which is an SSRI antidepressant and it isn't known to cause significant weight gain. Compared to taking an oral contraceptive, you are more liable to gain weight from the birth control, rather than the Lexamil. However, you can help keep any changes, from either medication, under control by watching your diet to make sure you aren't eating far more than you should, stick with lower fat foods and get plenty of exercise. Have you spoken to your doctor about your concerns? They will also be able to advise of ideas that may be useful to you.

How long has it taken 4 anyone 2 lose the weight after going off of the pristiq?It has been over 1 mth since I have quit taken pristiq and havent lost any weight.I was once on zoloft and gained 20lbs and once I quit taking it I lost the weight n 2 to 3 weeks. ## Have you consulted your doctor? What have you tried to lose the weight? Our bodies do change, with time, so it may not be as easy for you to lose the weight, as it was when you stopped taking the Zoloft and that also means that not all of the gain may have been caused by the medication.
