First off, Merry Christmas to all of you! :-) For bipolar type 2, I am talking Wellbutrin 600mg), Celexa (20mg) and Ritalin (20mg) in the morning. Also, I am taking Lamotrigine (150mg) in the evenings. I have started working out and am wondering whether there might be any problems caused by the amino acid supplementation, sweetening (stevia) or other ingredients present in my chocolate-flavored protein powder (a whey isolate variety). I am 50-year-old male who is in generally pretty good health, with no known health problems other than the bipolar. One family I know had problems. A mother (who has had some sort of mental health problem) and her adult son (who is bipolar) both had to discontinue using protein powders (apparently for her it was an amino acid issue, and I'm not exactly...

I have been taking Pristiq for 4 days and am really struggling with the tiredness, bulging eyes feeling and nausea. Is there another medication that can be used to help treat these side effects, especially while adjusting to this new medication. i'e been on Paxil (20 mg)for about 2 years to calm menopausal hot flushes. It's worked like a charm, and given me wonderful sleeps. However, after an emotional trauma, I had one sleepless night, and suddenly, all the symptoms of Paxil withdrawal have appeared. I feel thirsty all the time and my head feels like I'm having mild electric shocks, together with dizziness and nausea. I tried to explain this to a pharmacist, here in Mexico, where I'm on holiday. I have been on Citalopram for two years but recently switched my prescription from Walgreens to Target (for convenience). I discovered that these retailers get their Citalopram from different manufacturers (the pills look entirely different, for one; and, the mfr. is also listed on the label). Within a few weeks it was obvious that the new prescription wasn't doing as good as job. So, I switched back (to Walgreens) and I'm glad I did. Sure enough, I've been feeling better again. My wife is taking nexito 10 for 2 years. Doctor suggested to reduce dose step by step. But when reduce it that increase her depression again. My question is that is it wise to take this medicine for long time? It has some side effect. Please suggest me what can I do? ## If her dose is being decreased, it is normal for her to experience some worsening depression as a rebound effect for a short period of time. I have a oval shaped burnt orange colored pill with the numbers 1101 on one side and 4|0 on the other . (Including the line in the middle) ## I just found some of these in my son's room. He claims they are antidepressants (he is not on any medication) but I can not find any pill ID in any search I have done. ## It is an antidepressant it's called citalopram hbr ## 40 1011 does contain 40mgs of Citalopram, a generic for Celexa, this is an antidepressant. All prescription medications are marked, but the markings have to be unique to each manufacturer, each medication and each dosage of that medication. For instance, a round white tablet with A 101 on one side in black print, with nothing on the other is listed as being a 150mg Budeprion XL tablet, which is a time released formulation of Bupropion. Hello all. I took my first Prozac pill about 2 hours ago and about an hour ago I started feeling extremely anxious - noticeably worse than my normal level of anxiety. I'm diagnosed as having Bipolar 2. I take Lamictin 25 - 1x tablet twice a day, Trepiline - 2x tablet @night, Dopaquel - 1x @night, Escitalopram - 1.5 in the morning, Urbanol - 2x tablets a day. I'm trying to loose about 5kg. I'm watching my eating habits & I use my Orbitrack 3x a day for 30 minutes. I have not lost 1kg in 2weeks. Does that make sense? I have been told that the problem could be the Lamictin. I'm not sure if it could be that or a combination of the tablets. Found 4 of these pills in grandsons room. About 6 yrs ago i had pills looked very much like them but they were use for my nerves. He is only 17 & does not have any medications for himself. I do have medications that should have been thrown out and wondering if he got them from me. I dont recall if i had any of those kind left but it could have been possible. Cymbalta was prescribed to help nerve pain as a result of a cut nerve during surgery. I have been on it for 6-7 weeks and have little relief.
