Hi i just want to know if does mecovit causes pimples irritation or break out? Because before i use mecovit my skin is smooth then after a month there are pimples shows on my face and it really depressed me. comes to a point that i dont wanna go out because of it.

I have been on pristiq 50 mg extended release for almost 3 weeks now and for the first time in my life my period is late 6 days. There is no way I am pregnant. Does anyone else have this problem? ## Hello, Cheryl! How are you? Antidepressants can interfere with your menstrual cycle, most will lengthen it, it can also make your actual period heavier or longer than normal. You should consult your doctor to be sure, but it's most likely nothing to worry about. Is there anything else I can help with?

I switched from Zoloft to this generic of Lexapro (Escitalopram 10 mg.) as I was quite wired with Zoloft and couldn't cry. It has been about 8 weeks now and I am not feeling better on the Escitalopram or that it is doing anything. This script is from Walmart with notation (1/G) on front and (250) on back of pill with bold 448 on pkg. of pills to note manufacturer. Is there a difference with manufacturers and drug stores as far as potency? Has anyone else used this particular one? If so, what was your results? ## Hello, Tony! How are you? Can u loose weight on prisiq ## Hello, Eve! How are you? It isn't a weight loss medication, but yes, it has caused weight loss in some people that take it due to the fact that it tend to decrease appetite as a side effect. Has your doctor prescribed it for you?

3yrs down on Lex after severe depressive, anxiety episode--life changing. Took long time (3mos) to adapt to drug (brain zaps, sleepyness, fog) with initisl 20mg. 10mg per day is my dosage now. Call it my happy pill...given me new lease on life, sleep, etc. If just starting out, keep faith, side affects subcide and body adapts. Never thought depression when happen to me...wrong ## Awesome! I am very glad that it has worked so well for you. And yes, that is correct, side effects will normally subside after 4 to 6 weeks, when your body gets used to the medication. I'd also like to add that if one medication doesn't work for you, there are others that you can try. Are there any questions or comments?

So, after taking Viibyrd. My dr thinks I have Serotonin syndrome. Caused from taking this med. I went from being a very healthy, active 42 yr old to a 70ish yr old acting old woman. Did the med help ,my depression, yes in the beginning. I thought I had found the miracle drug. It even helped with my pms! But, then I began to to have restless legs. My joints ached. I was dizzy, my vision was blurred. I had severe confusion, not being able to complete my sentences or hold conversations. I gained a bunch of weight. I had night terrors... Blood hurling scream nightmares. I would wake seeing images standing over my bed. I would have these bad dreams and wake up, when I would go back to sleep It would start right up where it left off. Hi all, hope someone might have an answer!! I have this feeling of weights being attached to my shoulders and chest. Had an ekg and all fine with that. I do suffer from anxiety and depression and take mirtazapine and clonazepam. Small dose. Does anyone else experience this? It's driving me crazy, Doc just looks at me like Im from outer space................please help. Hard to do everyday chores, hard to type this actually...... ## What type of doctor have you been seeing for it? It might be time to switch to a neurologist to get to the root of the problem. I have all respect for GP's, but there knowledge in some areas is pretty limited.

I was on lexapro for nine months. I put on ten kilos and so I changed to pristiq six weeks ago. I felt awful the whole time and so have decided to go off all medication. I have gone cold turkey three days ago. I'm constantly dizzy, it feels like my brain is a second behind real time. I have terrible diarrhea and my whole body hurts. Strangely enough I am a great deal happier in my mood. A little anxiety but so far no depression or rage. Should I expect worse? What can make you have a false positive drug screen for both of these drugs ## I have just completed a drug scan and I have tested positive for both those, and I do not take them! upon further investagation I have discovered that Sertraline (Zoloft) can provide a false positive for Benzo's (ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc2728940/) stemming from the hydroxylketone metabolite and there is very shaky evidence that Olazapine (Zyprexa or serequel) will cause false positive for opiates ## Does anyone who knows anything ever answer anything In here?? I have poorly controled diabetes with a sleeping disorder and I take two 50mg of amitriptyline. What can I do to help with my heart beating at an alarming rate of 130 to 138 beats per minute Without lowering my intake of the amitriptyline, for it is helpping with my sleeping disorder (because sleeping pills dont work alone) and with my neuropathy pain (nerve damage) in my feet, legs and hands. ## Amitriptyline can increase your blood sugar. Please get it under control. It will slow the heart rate, make you feel better and have less nerve pain. Diabetes and Amitriptyline are not the best of friends. I have been on Pristiq 50 mg now for 9 days and I'm getting more depressed than when I started. Will this pass? ## Actually, that is something you should have been warned about in the drug monograph, if you received one from your pharmacy. Though it isn't common, antidepressant can cause the opposite of their intended effect in some people. Learn more Pristiq details here. Here is good one. Most of these comments are exagerations and symptoms of problems, but I have been taking 40 mg ofViibryd for 2 years. The doctor I am working with has a nurse , who is pill counter. FACT. If you are disabled,on some kind of assistance, have a history of hypertension, anxiety, depression, you are immediately suspect. The assumption is everybody is junkie. I call for refill. I get a supply of a month. Nurse calls me back, and accuses me of hoarding pills, being indolent, stupid, and irresponsible, and a liar. Really?? End of story?? I just picked up my sample pack of Vii, any recommendations on when the best time to take it is....morning or night and is with food a necessary need? Just a little nervous always am when trying something new....you would think I'd be used to it by now but side effects are NEVER fun but I'm hoping in the long run it's worth it. ## With SP I have found it is MUCH better to take before bed, IMO. Be sure to take with food! I would not skip or even be a few hours late between doses. This is one thing I am watching, besides caffeine intakes as the cause of sleep paralysis. Hi i started with LEXAMIL for the first time yesterday, abt and hour i took it i felt nausea to a vomitting extent, had hot flushes, thought i was gona die, havent taken today nor have i had anything to eat, i do feel hungry but just too scared to eat. ## Lexamil contains the active ingredient Escitalopram and while it has been known to cause some nausea, it shouldn't cause the hot flashes.
