I have found a bag of these white oval pills with s20 printed on just one side in my son drawer a couple of days ago. I have been trying to google it but nothing is coming up. What are these pills used for on the streets of teens? Wouldthe local pharmacy know the street use for them? ## Well, I cannot say what your son or anyone else might think they are, but these pills do not have any street use. Hi I have white spots in my tonsils and my throat feels cut up. I know it's tonsillitis that I have and therefore was going to ring doctors to get a prescription but my mum have me a full packet of Amoxicillin. I can't see an expiry date on packet but it does say on pharmacy sticker "ChkBy 27/06/16". Do you know what this stands for please? On one side is AMC and on other side is 875 and 125. ## This is a generic for the antibiotic Augmentin and yes, it is not time released, so crushing it will have no harmful effects. My friend says its amoxicillian..i will not take anything with no imprint until im sure what it is. ## Hello, Mary! How are you? That's a very wise stance to have. And no, if there are no markings on it, then it is not Amoxicillin. All prescription tablets that are approved and available in the U.S. have markings on them to enable their identification. If it has no markings, it is most likely just some type of over the counter product and being round and white, that leaves it open to many possibilities. I was prescribed r cinex along with b12 capsule for tb in my lymph node near neck. On the third day after using r cinex, I had severe itching on my legs and had dry rash near inner thighs. I never experienced any rashes so this freaked me out. I used antifungal cream and rash was curer after a week. But itching continued till 3rd week of using r cinex. After a month I felt cold on the ball of right foot along with a throbbing sensation. After two months, I was scared of all the symptoms, so I checked my HB count and sugar levels. My HB count dropped from 11 to 10 and my sugar level was 148 at 2hrs after meal. I was shattered as I m just 29yrs old the reading puts me at prediabetic. I have stopped the medicine as I felt fine by then. But then I started having pins and needles in my hands...

trying to figure out what i might be eating or drinking along with this medicine that might be causing severe nausea, vomiting, dizzyness, and lightheadedness, sometimes all at the same time. i drink mio energy in place of soda, and since starting my 14 day treatment, if i dont eat ALOT with the pill i get all the side effects listed. also noticing uneasiness when i try to sleep resulting in not being able to fall asleep. and if by chance i do fall asleep i am abruptly awoken from nothiing. ## Those can be side effects of this antibiotic, so you may not be doing anything that's causing these symptoms. I am taking 400mg doxycycline a day. Having a terrible toothache. Don't have the money to remove the tooth as yet. Is this dosage safe to take cause it makes me feel real bad ## I would say no. I am not certain of how long it takes but there is a Doxycycline specific ingredient that is dangerous when it goes bad. I do not know if it is highly lethal, but trust me it is not something you want to experience either way. I suggest you take it and dispose of it before any children or anyone else mistakenly takes it. Prevention is the best solution. Alternative Fix: If available, go and get some rum/whiskey and rub it on the gums around the affected tooth, it should act as a mild local anesthetic. Rum is smoother so I recommend that first. I have severe anxiety, I have no clue the pressure in my left ear is an ear infection or what.... I went to urgent Care and the dr said it looked like a little redness and gave me 500mg of amoxicillin twice daily. For ten days. I took one dose and had a rash all the way up my arm, but Benadryl spray on it and it's almost gone. I took this med for 5 days, Saturday to Wednesday and developed an allergic reaction. I had a lump in my throat when i swallowed and could not speak. I went to the ER and they said i had laryngitis and gave me a steroid shot of decodran. Early the next morning my tongue swelled up, I got very itchy and developed hives/welts. I went to an urgent care and got another shot of decodran but within a half hr of getting that my face swelled up and i got very flush. How long does this remain in your body for?

These pills are in my grandmothers cabinets, and before i throw them away I want to make sure they are something she doesn't need: - yellow oval with A KJ on the pill - yellow oval and 7244 on one side and 93 on the other ## Both of these pills are 500mgs of Clarithromycin, an antibiotic. If she is no longer supposed to be taking them, then no harm in removing them from her medicine cabinet. ## I checked in this site's NDC database and can confirm that both of those oval pills contain Clarithromycin 500 mg. NDC 0074-3165 is a yellow oval tablet with imprint a (logo) KJ. (Biaxin XL) NDC 0093-7244 is a yellow oblong tablet with imprint 93;7244 and is also extended release Clarithromycin. Hope this helps add some confirmation!
