i believe i have vaginal infection, would it help if i take nitrofur-macr 100 mg to get rid of it ?

It depends on the type of bacterial infection. For instance, most STDs are bacterial in nature, but some of them only respond to certain antibiotics.

You also may not have enough of it to eradicate and infection, if they are left overs from treating something else.
