Are they both, exact in all Ingredients, or, do they add other Ingredients in the Generic > Azithromycin ?? ## They do not have the same molecular structure on the active ingredient - Brand is a dihydrate and generic is a monohydrate - also have different inert ingredients as well - generic is made outside of US where there is little inspections related to quality control - on contaminates and greater than allowed by the FDA on residual solvents. I have take brand name about 5 times last 12 years and worked great - I took the generic and had really bad reactions - I feel as if I put poison in my system. ## Can i take this medicine together with Paracetamol tablet?
was treated for flu but not any better in three days ## That is probably because the Flu is caused by a virus, not a bacterial infection and the Ciprofloxacin is an antibiotic that can only help treat bacterial infections. Was this prescribed by your doctor? ## I found a jar full of football shaped white pills with a score on one side and the number 22 and 65 stamped on it and a v on the other side

I have a throat infection... feels like strep. I have a box of 3, 500mg brand Charyn Azitromicina... i also have a bottle of Zertalin brand azitromicina 500mg (5 pills) They are both azitromicina, just different brands and different qty's. When should use a 3 pack vs a 5 pack? ## Hi Blake, In general, most antibiotics are taken for a course of 7-10 days. I've had a similar upper respiratory infection before and was prescribed penicillin 500mg to take 2-3 times a day for a week or until the script was all used up. So I guess when it comes to a 3 pack vs a 5 pack, maybe what matters is simply having enough to get through a full week? Have you discussed any of this with your prescribing doctor yet? Hope you are feeling better!
Will this product stop new tattoos from pealing? Will it make the ink run? Is it okay for new tattoos? ## Hello, Bek! How are you? No, it will not stop the peeling. That is a natural process, because skin cells are killed and damaged, while the tattoo is done, so nothing is going to stop a layer or two of skin from peeling off. No, topical ointments will not make the ink run, it is actually down in the tissue and not on the surface where that could happen. And no, you aren't supposed to use an antibiotic ointment on your tattoo. Is there anything else I can help with? ## I know in the comments above it says not to use pomada penicilina on a new tattoo. Can u please explain why w/ more detail. Since it is an antibiotic wouldn't it be better to use it once, not several times, just...

I took 500mg Keflex for 28 days for a cyst back in September 2013. The cyst did not respond so I was sent to an infectious disease doctor who said I had P. Mirabilis infection and he changed my antibiotic (That one didn't work either). Long story short.. during the use of the Keflex my leg muscles became very weak and sore. They are still weak and sore and getting worse. I told my doctor the backs of my legs felt so tight like the muscles were stretched too far like rubber bands. He didn't seem to care or think anything of it. So now here we are 10 months later, I still have the stupid cyst or P. mirabilis whatever and my legs are so sore I can barely walk. It hurts so bad to get up after I have been sitting for even just 5 minutes. ## Hello, Dizzy! How are you? If you still hav...
I was given levaquin post pneumonia to combat another suspected respiratory infection. Within two weeks every joint in my body hurt. That lasted 8 weeks. During that time I experienced a vitreo macular separation in my right eye. Soon after this my hair began to fall out. I lost about 50% of it. My symptoms have subsided but I realize I am one of the lucky ones. This drug is toxic to so many people. I have taken cipro in the past with no ill effect but levaquin put me over the edge. Never again. My heart goes out to those who continue to suffer. ## Hello, Makkay! How are you doing, now? I'm very sorry about what you went through. Actually, from the posts I've read on here over the past year, it seems many more people are starting to have bad reactions to various antibiotics. I...

Updated in Nitrofurantoini used the purbac 350 pills to cure vaginal thrush but i have not yet menstruated, what could be the cause of this? ## what impact does purbac 250 have on the menstrual cycle? ## @lydia pogisho, Based on my research, irregular menstruation has been reported by people with post coital contraception, birth control, multiple sclerosis, depression, stress and anxiety. I haven't been able to find much pertinent information listing it as a common side effect. I believe the side effect that is more common is random "spotting" before menstruation. Have you spoken with a doctor about this? You can learn more about this drug on the page for Purbac Details ## I've been taking althea for almost a year now. Ive been regular in mens when pill free days but now my mens was absent it wa...

My daughter has puss pockets on both sides of her throat, cane ciprofla in to treat this. ## Hello, Jeff! How is your daughter? This is an antibiotic that can be used to treat various types of bacterial infections, so she should take it, if it's been prescribed for her by her doctor. The FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea. Secondly, has she been given this antibiotic by her doctor? If not, do not even CONSIDER giving her a medication that is lying around the house? That is irresponsible. And as far as Cipro is conce...
floratil ## is it a generic for Floratil? ## Floratil is from Mexico and is listed as being a probiotic to aid in proper digestion. Otherwise, I am sorry, since it's not from the US, I don't have a lot of information on it. Does anyone else know anything? ## I live in Mexico and take Floratil when my system has troubling recovering - usually after a course of antibiotics, which destroy the good bacteria along with the bad. Dosage is 1 capsule twice a day until your stomach feels better - usually 4 to 6 days. ## I have spent a lot of time in Xalapa, Mexico, I was given floratil by a doctor here when I had diarrhea. It was ...

Hi there, I was prescribed a z-pac for a dental infection while the dentist was out of the office. When I went to see him three days later, he gave me an additional prescription for Augmentin to start after the z-pac was finished. The z-pac seemed effective and I was pain free by the time I started the Augmentin which I took for ten days. Five days after completing the Augmentin, the pain returned with a vengeance. I have five more days until I see the dentist for a root canal. In the meantime, which antibiotic would be best to take? Would it be wise to go back to the Augmentin or the z-pac again? There's no way to tell whether this is a new infection or the original infection, although since the root is completely dead, the infection likely never went away. Thanks so much for your ...
