Can I use calvam 625 for a little lung scaring? 1 year ago there were not any causes found, but yesterday I got an x-ray and the result showed a little scaring. ## This is an antibiotic that is used to treat or prevent bacterial infections. However, it will not do anything about lung scarring, which can be caused by various issues, including pneumonia. Have you ever been treated for pneumonia? Are you on any other medications? Hi. I have the flu and my Dr gave me Anaeroby 400, Moxymax 500 and Flustat... Is this combination safe? ## It is always best to follow your doctor's instructions, however, since the flu is caused by a virus, antibiotics will not do anything to help. White pill, oval in shape. APO on one side and 500-125 on the other side. What is it and what is it used for? Took macro I'd about 1 month ago for UTI. 100mg for 10 days. My mouth started hurting. Went to doctor and he gave me something for thrush. Finished antibiotics but on last day still was hirtyioso they put me on amoxicillin. Never had back pain and neck pain so bad in my life. Went back to doctor 4 weeks later and back still hurting bad Across my neck and shoulders. But UTI came back. Put me back on macrobid and back, neck, shoulder, mouth and tongue is killing me. He also put me on predinsolone for inflammation. After two days I quit taking the microbid My mouth feels better. The steroids is helping my back pain. Started Dicloxacillin yesterday and have had back and leg pain/ache since about half way through the day. If the symptoms continue, or worsen, you should consult your doctor. Has there been any change? ## I too have experienced the symptoms you have reported. I have been treated on different occasions with this drug and have had the symptoms you experienced. It is more like nerve pain shooting down both sides of my legs (radiating from my back thru my hips and legs... difficult to stand and walk). It got worse as I approached the end of the drug treatment regimen (10 days). It subsides upon drug completion. FYI.

I usually have one cup of coffee with breakfast and I don't take this medication till one hour later. I've only been taking it for two days and had no problem. So is it okay to continue having my morning cup of coffee? ## There isn't usually any problem. My mom was diagnosed with a UTI infection. She was just released from the hospital after getting a plural catheter. She has been so weak and tired. Will this medication get rid of a UTI? Our grandson was prescribed the liquid pink Amoxicillin recently. He is 13 years old and quite capable of swallowing pills. Why would a doctor prescribe this method to someone this age? Also, when the doctor was told that the boy was leaving, the next day, on a trip and there was no way to refrigerate this med, we were told that he would get it in it's powdered form and it could be mixed with sterile water. WTH, why not just prescribe an antibiotic in pill form? I don't understand this kind of stupidity! ## The pills tend to taste horrible, so it is often easier to get a child of this age to swallow a flavored liquid. Hi. I have already taken antibiotics (cefixime 200 mg) for 5 days for a respiratory infection, but it hasn't cured my cough and cold. How long does it take for a rash to go away after starting Flucloxacillin? I have had the rash for three days. ## When I experience one from an antibiotic, it took about 2 weeks to full clear up. I have a gum infection and my dentist put me on amoxicillin 500 3Xday. I have been on it for 5 days and the gums look and feel fine but the xray still shows a pocket of infection beside the tooth. The gum drained within 24 hrs. of being on the meds and has not reformed a pus sack on the gum. I only have 2 days left of the prescription. Will it be enough?
