I believe I was prescribed these pills for an infected tooth. We'll I never took them and it's been several months now, I just cranked the same tooth. It has now got very swollen and and it hurts BAD. Should I start taken these pills and go get the tooth pulled. ASAP! The tooth is not worth saving. Have you consulted a doctor? Proper treatment will depend on what is causing the earaches and there are several possibilities. If your ears are just irritated from being clogged, due to wax, you will require a cleaning. However, this could also be caused by an infection, which will require an antibiotic.

ORANGE PILL FOOTBALL SHAPED WITH THE NUMBERS 5229 ON THE FRONT ## This is actually a veterinary medication, called Simplicef, it contains 200mgs of Cefpodoxime, it is approved to treat canine skin infections. The doctor that prescribed that pill to me said that my contraceptive pill would not work for the rest of my month. But my pharmacist said it would only last 3 days. i just found out that i failed a drug test and was using amoxicilin what could it show up positive for ## Amoxicillin has been known to cause a false positive for Cocaine on some drug tests. Is that what you failed for? This is an antibiotic and it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea. Have you spoken to your doctor about it?

What does Taapo mean - I take Ciprofloxacin HCL 500 MG Tab - when looking his drug up saw this word Taapo and do not know what that means - it is not written on the bottle. my 3 yrs.old daughter was seen thru her xray and cbc with atypical pneumonia she was given 2.5 ml of tergecef for 2x a day.we are not yet advised to be admitted to the hospital if she will not have a fever.i'm just worried are we safe at home or should we admit her already she has been vomitting clear phlegm was it a good sign that tergecef is working? thank you.

NOTE: the correct marking is actually "Ec a". The lower case "a" does in fact look like an "e", so this can be a common mistake. yellow and black oblong capsule, with a picture of something followed by 2407. It is supposed to be tetracyclene, but the bottle states that mylan 102 should be printed on each pill. ## Based on the description provided, I can confirm your yellow and black capsule to be Tetracycline hydrochloride (500 mg). It sounds like there was some sort of mix up at the pharmacy with the manufacturers. The marking Mylan 102 comes up as the same exact yellow and black capsule as 2407. The only difference I noticed is in the manufacturers of these pills. I am allergic to Sulfa and I was perscribed Sulfameth/TMP DS for a kidney infection. ## I'd suggest contacting your doctor for an alternative medication. As is designated by the Sulfamethoxazole in this antibiotic, it is Sulfonamide based and has been known to cause reactions in patients with Sulfa allergies, so it is listed as being contraindicated for such people. Is your doctor and the pharmacy you use aware of your allergy?

As part of flu, I had congetion with flum accumulation. Tried a course of mild antibiotics 250 mg but still traces of flum used to come out with cough. So I thought of taking Amox-500 mg (it was available at home). After taking tablet I realized that I shouldn't have taken such a strong dose and now I want to stop.
