I started taking Amoxicillin 500mg for three days I have stopped taking it because I've noticed mild weakness in my legs and arms how longs does it take amoxicillin to leave my system and for me to feel normal again? ## If you only took it for a few days, it shouldn't take long, at all, maybe a week. However, if you require an antibiotic to eradicate an infection, you should see your doctor to discuss what other antibiotic you can try. Hi, Started cubicin 35 days ago, and about 12-15 days ago I noticed when first getting up it was extremely difficult to walk and has been since. I didn't give it much thought until I was question during my weekly home delivery order about muscle pain. Light bulb went off... From what I've read and heard, this is in fact a side effect, listed under mild... I'm taking cubicin for discitis and osteo..... (Both bone and tissue/muscle infection)very painful.... Swollen gums due to bad tooth that needs to be pulled I don't know how much more detail than that I need to put on here because her gums are swollen and it's because of her tooth being infected or her roots or something ## Hello, Josh! Stopped taking Macrobid on day five in order to complete a gastric emptying scan. I resumed taking it on day six. I have four days left to complete my 10 day UTI treatment. Have I compromised it's effectiveness? So far, it seems to have worked wonders on my UTI. Thank you for your response-just worried I won't get rid of this nasty bug. ## Hello, Rose! How are you? Has anyone had hair loss after taking Levaquin? I've read it can deplete magnesium and iron and cause hair loss. Mine started one month after my last 10 day dose. I feel like it has to be connected. I gave ofloxocin and acecloplus to my patient with dental pain and abscess but he complains increase in pain following consumption of tablets ## I find the same thing when I have infections in my mouth and I take any antibiotics. I assumed it was because its fighting the bacteria, therefore irritating it temporarily. I have no medical basis to this. I'm only sharing my experience and assumption. Also- Smoking also seemed to irritate it further when on antibiotics. So if your patient is a smoker I'd suggest not smoking for a few hours after taking the tablet.

If you are currently taking Clindamycin for a staph infection, will you still continue to get small folliculitis bumps on your face, chest, neck and/or back? A few weeks ago I was sick and was prescribed Amoxicillin and Clavulanate Potassium tablets 875/125 mg to take twice a day. They worked fast and I didn't feel the need to complete the treatment. I woke up with horrible throat pain a couple of nights ago, it would not let me sleep! the next 2 days were hell. I remembered I had the meds and decided to take them. The problem?
