Opites make my BP drop 80/50. I am on Fentanyl Patch 25mcg and feel very dizzy & sleepy. Think my BP is dropping dangerously, i have had lots of fluids & hung upside down off the bed. Taking this amox tr-k clv 875-125 mg tasan after two days in hospital for pneumonia. 2ea per day/7 days, plus Decreasing Prednisone tablet regimine. On third dose I began coughing up mucus with large amount of blood in mucus. Before this I had no cough or mucus. Is this a side effect. I have not taken a forth dose. Taken 50mg/day for 2 years with 20mg ameprozol. Last 2 months suffered the faintest tummy ache but it is persistent. Advised to take 40mg Ameprazol by one doctor and to replace with codeine by another. On either paracetamol or codeine after 4 days without diclofenac severe pain and joint stiffness returns. Seems life quality is dependent on Diclofenac so would it be safe to return to using it with the higher ameprozol dose? I've heard of one patient thing 60mg! ## Hello, Guess! How are you? I found my wife was about to take two of these, but there is no pill in our medical case like these hence no other information. I have been on Prednisone for 3 months, taking 10mg a day. It was not for a pain condition, but rather to aid and support pregnancy. Now that I am 12 weeks pregnant, they are tapering me off. I am to go from 10mg to 5mg for a week, then 2.5mg for a week, then cease. I have been reading up on tapering and a LOT of people refer to dropping 1mg at certain intervals. Is going to 5mg then 2.5mg too fast? I'm unsure whether other people who are dropping 1mg do so because they were on a higher dose initially, but I did wonder..... Obviously i do not want to go into adrenal shock, particularly with the pregnanct. Just because symptoms went away, that doesn't mean that problem has resolved, yet, so you may end up right back where you started, if you don't finish the medication. I'm wondering if using Naproxen (Aleve) vaginally could help relieve inflammation better "at the source" rather than take it orally.
