These are commonly used to treat allergic reactions and inflammation.

I found some pills that are oval shaped, light blue, and have l386 on them. they are in an old antibiotic bottle and can't figure out what they are. i have been precribed the drug Dexamethasone i dont know if it shows up in drug screen if it dose id like to know due to my hunt for a new job ## Typically jobs only test for drugs not seriods, unless they do more extensive tests. If you feel concerned I would speak to your doctor.
