I have a white coated pill with a fancy R on one side and 551 on the other. I dumped my pills from my sorter box and had to resort them and I cant identify these pills. The drug manufacturer of dexa-rhinaspray is Boehringer Ingelheim, Germany. 10mL contains (active ingredients) tramazoline hydrocholride, dexamethasone isonicoctate. (inactive) benzalkonium chloride, sodium chloride, polysorbate 80, glycerol 85% & purified water. It is used to treat sinus blockages.

steroid ## My doctor told me my adrenal glands were not working right and that this drug,medrol,would maybe help me stop being so tired and exhausted if I used it for 6 weeks and I have but I am just getting more tired. ## Medrol contains the active ingredient Methylprednisolone, this is a Glucocorticoid. I have just been diagnosed with ITP. I am told it could be caused from the medication Naproxen because of purpura. We have been seeing several doctors and we have a consultation for treatment. My platelets keep dropping and are around 60,000. I am sick almost all day, no energy, red spots, and have head aches. I also have a condition in my legs that is called Lumpadema, swelling and has been being treated along with the arthritis. No one told us of this side effect and what could happen. Is this temporary or long term with treatment? ## Well, first of all, it is hard to say whether or not is was caused by Naproxen or developed because of some other reason. this site is not medical professionals and cannot possibly guess, especially since this site does not know your full medical history...
