i have angina and daily suffer chest pains.
i have been prescribed nitromin spray by my doctor but cannot use the same due to the most severe headaches this immediately results after one spray of nitromin (the headaches are unbearable)
can you advise if there is an alternative to nitromin spray?

Have you consulted your doctor about seeing if there's something you can use for the headaches?
Unfortunately, this is a common side effect of virtually all medications that are used to treat angina, because of the active ingredient Nitrogylcerin. You should consult your doctor for a solution, because leaving your angina go untreated can be very dangerous.
