I was unable to locate any medications by the name of Amtrika. Is it possible that you may have meant to say Amitriptyline (judging from the name)?

Amitriptyline is used in the United States and United Kingdom to prevent migraines only in very small doses. It is also used as sleeping aids in small doses and for diabetic retinopathy.

You can learn more about this drug on the page for Amitriptyline Details

Just out of curiosity, how do you forget what medication you're taking? No pun intended. It is a serious question on my part. Did you simply buy the pills without any packaging or something?
