Amtas 5

I was prescribed with amtas 5 for BP150/90. Is there any side effects if I take for one month and stop. Then go for natural healing methods to bring down my BP.

This medication contains the active ingredient Amlodipine, which is a calcium channel blocker and yes, you shouldn't stop this ,education abruptly after taking it for a month.

Doing so may cause rebound effects, which could cause severely elevated blood pressure and heart rate, which could be very dangerous.
