Urinary track infections,purple pill ## What is the imprint on the pill? ## I took this pill and they made me vomit every time I took it. And my mom's friend took it when she had a UTI and she was ill too. ## I just took a diagnosis and it came back positive for amphetamines. Would Azo cause me to fail my panel?

I have these small, tiny white rounded pills with one side imprinted which S4 or maybe 54 and the other side is blank with just a ridge to break up the pill. I was told they were D amphetamine salt combo maybe 30mg. I just havent able to find anything with that specific imprint online ## Do you know if they are from the U.S. or somewhere else? I am not finding anything that meets this description, with either marking variation, in any of the U.S. prescription drug databases. It is possible, however, the it could be a foreign medication, because many other countries do not regulate them as strictly. I can't find the pill I was given in place of my reg. Amphetamine salt & was wondering if I was given something different? Its supposed to be a generic adderall 20mg tblt & is round, orange w/what looks like an E w/411 below it and a cross on the other side.??? ## I believed what you're looking at is E 401 and yes, it does contain 20mgs of mixed Amphetamine salts and is a generic for Adderall. Hello, I am being investigated by a Chief Medical Examiner that works for the company that I am seeking employment with for my urine drug test. I take Adderal 30mg 2x daily. She said something about my levels being "high" and showing up at levels around 30,000. I have no idea what this means. I also take Claritan D (I thought I'd mention that since I saw some other posts say how that may show up as a positive for amphetamines). Cam anyone please tell me what that "30, 000 level" means and if that is high, what os normal? Under duress (syringes n threats of guns) I took at least 4 but more likely to be 10 pills. The guy reluctantly said they was called dihydrochloride. They were small white tablets with dh 30 on them. I did find out that allergy pills (antihistamines) can sometimes produce a false positive for amphetamine. ive tested positive for amphetamines on a urine test but got it overthrown because i take seroquel,trazodone,effexor and zantac. i have just test for amph and meth on hair test, is it possible one or more of my meds caused this? i havent used street drugs in 20+ years

I was wondering how full the blue 10 milligram capsule of the amphetamine salts should be... ## Hi Shannon, Based on a number of photographs I've seen of these capsules, it looks like the 10 milligram ones are pretty much packed full (give or take a small fraction of space within the capsule for the contents to shuffle around a bit). I'd imagine that holding it in person would offer a better perspective, but I've honestly never heard anyone complain about these pills only being half-full. I am on probation for another 4 months this is the second time I am fighting revocation -this was brought on again by a postive for amphetamine and methaphetamine result.I am currently taking 90 mil. daily of adderall xr-the courts have my perscriptions on fill but every week for the last 18 plus months I have tested positive for meth-I realize that if you are a juvy and are adderall they cannot test you-My question is then as an adult and on adderall why am I tested even though the juvy courts know they cannot get an accurate result on a ua if client is on adderall then why am I being tested. i have been taking adderal for years now and got drug tested twice and both came up negative for amphetamine. Now the doctor will not prescribe them to me, but I take them twice a day. What could this be from???? Very frustrating.. ## Demand another drug screen to be done somewhere else like your local hospital, I have had the same thing happen to me, I was told if you're takin other meds they can sometimes block the amphtmines from showing up. They can refuse your request for another drug screen, and if you get the drug screen done at your local hospital, just take your results to your doctor, if he refuses them, talk to the C.E.O over the whole doctors office and your doctor will be forced to atleast read your test results, but don't wait too long.
